After reading the review, we decided to try out this shop but this would be our first and last time to eat at this shop. Poor service and the chinese person in charge got attitude problem..

Firstly, when we want to order and he doesnt allow us to sit the only empty table at corridor just like the other customer just because we only have 2 adult 2 kid and 1 baby where the empty table are for 8-10 person. But there are few couples of 2 adult sat at 8 person tables too.He ask us to wait n sit at the table in their main shoplot which just in front of the kitchen as the customers just paid money and gonna to leave. Ok fine, we just move into the table that he asked to sit even we felt stuffy and hot inside the shop. Fortunately, the table that we sat got a big industry fan facing back of us.

Secondly, when we almost finish our set and we decided to add on some pork ball, fish ball and mushroom where we found out the whiteboard indicate the price on the individual add on items. So we talked to the cashier, the same chinese guy then he asked us to talk to his foreigners staff. However, the staff don't even understand english, malay, mandarin or Cantonese. They asked us to talk to the chinese guy on ordering. We go back to the chinese guy again n repeated order again then he was mumbling and said order set better so we said ok since the item that we want were in the set. But when food arrived, it were different with the item that the order. We decided not to argue with him and we reorder again with the foreigners staff that just sent a set of mushroom to the next table by using hand language.

Thirdly, when we having half way of our meal, the chinese guy spoke loudly and said to foreigners staff that we dont accept any new order as they want to close shop then he immediately switch off all the fan in the shop even there are 2 tables of customers including us. Immediately the shop become stuffy and i purposely speak loudly to my children to eat fast as this place damn stuffy so that the guy will be smart and switch on back at least one of the fan for us. But he just ignore us. However, we are over heard that he talk to some regular customers who are sitting outside corridor that you can paid first and eat slowly and we will wait for you. We immediately angry with him that since he is not closing soon then why he want to switch off all fan.

We decided not to argue with him and just paid and take away the balance food as our baby keep on cried as she cant stand the stuffy and hot area like sauna for us. We feel not happy with this kind of service as we found out that all the customers arrived same time with us but allowed to sit outside the shop were still...

The best steamboat restaurant in Cameron Highlands! We keep coming here on every single trip for a perfect dinner. And it's equally perfect each time! 👌

Their organic vegetables are the one single reason I (a natural carnivore) first realized that vegetables, when done right, can be SO DELICIOUS! 😋

While there are many other really super-good steamboat places around here, this place has it all: the best food, excellent staff, and central location. Plenty of options for drinks also. Their chili and oyster sauces are better than anywhere else I know. 😍

On holiday seasons, probably because of its legendary status, the place is completely full, so you can expect to wait for 10 or sometimes even 30 minutes. We never mind that because dining here is usually the biggest highlight of the whole trip! 🤩

Absolutely worth waiting for, and isn't even too expensive. Just purely fabulous! Off-season, you can probably get a table straight away. I'd give 6 stars if I...

If you want to have a good dining experience, be early.

The restaurant tends to be super extreme busy and long queue at typical timing, please head straight to counter and request a number. They will arrange table accordingly. DO NOT OCCUPY TABLE BY YOURSELF unless the restaurant is empty.

Even so, the boss is very friendly and funny person. He likes to challenge you when they made their own special chili sauce (quite a bomb!). Their normal garlic & chili sauce are nice too!

The vegetable served are ridiculously delicious and fresh! I've tried several other steamboat around cameron but the vege here tasted the best ever. It is their own farm produce.

At peak hour, please be considerate and don't hog your table.
