This is our first time trip to Cameron highlands. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Springhill Resort, and I must say it was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, Joe, one of the staff members, greeted us with such warmth and hospitality “welcome back”. What truly impressed me was Joe's attentiveness to my dietary preferences – he noticed I am vegetarian and took it upon himself to ensure that the kitchen prepared delicious vegetarian meals for me throughout my stay.

Speaking of the meals, I have to commend the resort's culinary team for their exceptional cuisine. Every dish I had was not only beautifully presented but also bursting with flavor. And let's not forget about the special touch of the teh tarik they prepared for us – it was the perfect complement to our dining experience.

The resort itself boasts a serene and tranquil environment, making it the ideal place to unwind and recharge. The peaceful surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation, and I found myself feeling completely at ease during my stay.

Moreover, the resort's location is incredibly convenient, especially for food lovers like myself. With plenty of dining options nearby, exploring the local culinary scene was a breeze.

So, first of all I usually never make bad recommendations, because I'm mostly happy with what I get. But my experience in this hotel really shocked me and my Partner. I start with the good things. They had free parking and we booked really short termed. the check in was easy and fast. the stuff really tried to help us and were kinda understanding They had a really nice and big TV in the room

Now the negative we got in our first room where we rarely could breathe because the room was completely wet and humid. The result of this was that the room was full of mold! This made it absolutely impossible for us to stay in de room

We told the stuff that we can't stay in a room like that. After they checked the room they gave a a new room shortly after. Unfortunately the wasn't very much better. It wasn't that moldy anymore but you could tell there is also mold at the wall. It was one of my worst nights ever and we left the hotel very early in the morning because we felt really uncomfortable.

Service: The host was not only friendly, but also interested in our plans. He gave us good tips for exploring the Cameron Highlands and even organized a taxi for our early departure. The entire staff was always friendly and competent, answered all our questions and made sure that our breakfast was packed for our early departure.

Room: Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished. We immediately felt at home here and were able to relax after our excursions. There was no safe (but we didn't ask for one), hot water was brought to you.

Food: We loved the steamboat, a hotpot dish. It was not only delicious, but also attractively priced compared to the restaurants in the area. Breakfast is freshly prepared and complemented by a small buffet - the perfect start to an active day full of hiking and exploring.
