KFC Brinchang, Cameron — Restaurant in Pahang

Didn't intend to patronise this place. Did not go to Cameron Highlands to eat at a KFC outlet. Was kinda glad it was there. Travelling with young kids means letting KFC or McD settle the difficulty of feeding them. Then again KFC never fails to disappoint. They are disappointing in KL, they are disappointing almost everywhere. Service is slow at best compounded by the recent letdown of claimed fries shortages resulting in lots of usual combo set meals being made unavailable. Why are they even called "fast food" in the first place when you have to wait ages for your food??? Even local mamak stall can serve up food faster than they can. McD is no different. Staff having issues logging in to the computer due to unrecognised finger print. The supervisor instead of solving the issue quickly kept mumbling at the staff and both supervisor and staff started mumbling at each other for a good 1 minute still not solving the issue. To make matters worse I am standing to make payment to get my meal and have to witness all these yet both staff do not bother to pay attention yet ignore my presence. Bad experiance at KFC Brinchang, Cameron Highlands, Pahang. At around 9.30pm no more spricy chicken..i asked staff..they said they will not cook anymore..because they going to close another half an hour. I have cancelled plan to buy KFC.
