To be honest, we booked the place here because it was very strategic (lots of food options and walking distance to the beautiful Pantai Pasir Bogak) and economical. The rooms are practical and decent but definitely not luxurious. If room quality isn't a very big factor -- this is the spot to be...otherwise there's plenty of "luxurious" options nearby. Free parking is very limited (only 3 -5 for the entire place) -- it really depends on the availability. The attendants are cordial and willing to offer free local advice on food options -- which is a plus. Unlike other conventional hotels, they don't ask for deposits which is also a plus. I'll choose to come back here again because it is practical, economical, near to lots of good food options (both Malay and Chinese cuisine), near to duty free stores, and near to the beautiful Pasir Bogak beaches.

Overall - 2 star level of facilities. nothing much to expect for a hotel near beach, in an island with affordable price Pros: - affordable price. 1 queen bed and 1 single bed room for around rm130 after tax. - walking distance from the pasir bogak beach. around 5-10 minutes. - have pool. Cons: - no toilet seat. - everything quite old but most of them still intact. gloomy room. - room was not cleaned properly. there's lizard's poo on our bed but managed to be replaced. can see coffee stain on cup plate. - queen bed sheet size not enough to cover the whole matress. literally, it's only to put on top. when you sleep on top of it, definitely it will move and expose the old matress. - not many good places to eat nearby. - tv sometimes can be watched, sometimes totally black with noise can be heared.

Nice accommodation with access to all facilities and very close to Pasir Bogak beach. Don't expect the quality of rooms and furniture to be of 5 star but fulfils more than a basic stay. The beds are a little small and bathrooms not up to the mark. Except that I felt there should be an in house restaurant or food facility. I would recommend the hotel mostly because of the location, spacious lawns and corridors and superb behaviour from the resort employees.

The pictures looked promising. The reality was all the more disappointing. The whole place is in disrepair. Loose fittings in rooms, faded and pockmarked wall paint, slightly mildewy showers, threadbare carpets. The breakfast was, sad to say, very narrow in options and absolutely unpalatable, whether the local (dry clumpy rice, some sort of vegetable and non-descript meat bits drowned in an incredibly salty soy or fish sauce of sorts) or the western options (I t’s terrible when you can tell that the toast and the jam are the cheapest of the cheapest they could possibly find)... The pool water was - I am not exaggerating here - murky. I seldom give one star but this one really was all they deserved - for the central location and for...
