Chao Sheng Seafood Restaurant — Restaurant in Perak

We went to the restaurant on Thursday night but were told fully booked and need to wait for 1 hour for food. We left. Last night, we went again and arrived around 5.30pm as stated outside the signboard that restaurant open from 5.30pm. They don't allow us to choose the table as mostly were reserved.. they appointed us a table which near to the roadside with glaring sun and super hot. Then, we wanna place our food order and they said we are only allowed to order at 6pm onwards but while looking around there was a table with 3 customers came later than us but allowed to order the food and they started eating while we are still waiting for 6pm to place the order. This made us felt being discrimated and disappointed 😞 Ordered 2 glasses of orange juice and were told no more oranges where the restaurant just opened for business. They same applies for garland crysanthemum which had ran out. Many tables were reserved while many walk ins customers were to either stand and wait or to walk away. Seriously once and for all. Don't talk about food taste while basic customer treatment don't even meet the standard by fair treatment. Will not come back anymore. Those yet to try...

Wanted to try this restaurant as it was one of the top recommendations in TripAdvisor. But sadly, we didn't get to coz we were disappointed with the customer service. Called earlier to book and they said it is on 'walk-in' basis. We reached there around 7pm and the place was already full. Tried to enquire from the cashier and she told us that next available timing will be around 8pm. There was another family who came after us and after enquiring from the same cashier, they were directed to wait at a table whereby the customers were about to finish their meal. What kind of double standard is this?!?! There are actually quite a number of nice restaurants just around the corner and we ate twice at two different restaurants there. Good luck to those who intend to patron this place. And if I can, I would like...

I came across Google to find out this place with high rate of good review, however, the management there made us so dissatisfied and disappointed due to the arrangement of serving dish. We have arrived and ordered food in 6.35pm and waited until 7.20pm with no any messages from them. What we curious is those who are later than (10mins) us 4 tables are all been served and partial-finished. Again I asked for when will us be served, the staff there told us after serving the later table, roughly another 15mins.

If they told us that they will serve the later 4 tables first only serve us and others, please at least let us know in prior, let's us decide whether to wait or go.
