Food not on time. While asked staff's ordered food when delayed and staff said to be wait . Many time ask also same answer. Order big plate and given small plate and ask why serving small plate then only changed to big. 5 items ordered, but send only three items(also not on time) 2 items missing. Ask staff, answered food finished (9pm). Lastly ask cashier to cancel the delayed item, she said why want to cancell, said can't cancel. When she go ask kitchen staff, they said already closed kitchen(but, serving another late came customer, ). Even not apologize also for all like nothing happened. Food I have no complaints, but the services are terrible!!!

We order everything as small portion but they gave medium. They didn't even offer to admit they made a mistake.

We waited a longtime for the food to arrive, more than an hour. Yet they are a group who came after us and was served within 10 mins. Asked the waiter, and she just shrugged her shoulders in a gesture that she does not know what is going on.

The more senior waiter (captain or leader) was more attentive bus still lack a good amount of customer service. She focus on regulars.

Looks like they are more interested with repeat customers than on time off tourist.

Poor quality of food really turns me off. First sign of trouble is when few seafood items on the menu is not available and this is a popular seafood restaurant on Pangkor Island given good reviews by many here. Steamed fish not fresh enough and has many scales. Steamed prawns has droopy head and shell stuck to its meat. Meat is so loaded with tenderizer that it's puffy! The bittergourd stirred with egg is sticky and starchy. These people can't even cook properly an egg dish with vegetables. Terrible dinner to end the day with hard earned money wasted. A roti channai supper will definitely cheer...
