K Garden Hotel (Ipoh) Sdn Bhd — Hotel in Perak

I got stay in this hotel booked VIP room normally my stay room it's 103 but on 8th January 2025 when I call and ask the staff said not available,so I check in around 3.40pm ,very bad staff working tr he call his self manager name Fazlan ,really stupid and don't know how to behave to guest ,when I stay I particularly call first make sure my room clean and in VIP room jacuzzi need to check it clean in my every time stay .but on date 8/1/2025, I was check in room 104 1st the dressing area light not functioning I ask to repair then the Staff Fazlan the bad one said cannot change ,when I enter the room I check the bed the pillow case dirty and smelly then I bring it to counter ask the receptionist check for it and change it ,but the Fazlan felle argue with me with very rude and with high level voice shout at me ,then I explain this his not rights service you give to those stay then he straight scold the receptionist indian girl shout with her ask her to cancel my booking ,my booking paid booking for two days .really stupid and bad attitude he show,better this matter hotel management take serious,I note him previous stay so many time he not helpful or friendly with guest . Very bad experience in my life never see such a bad staff like...

Cleanliness is okay. The rest is not okay.

No towels provided originally, need to extra request, towel is old and well used, very thin.

Only 1 bottle of water is provided for 2 people, not enough.

Private parking cannot enter because the entrance slope is too high angle, my car stuck at entrance, the slope scratched my car bottom very badly.

The windows of the toilet is damaged, cannot close properly, there are tons of noise coming into the room.

The sound proof is very bad, sound can be heard clearly in and out of the room, the loud chatting noise all the way from hall can be heard clearly.

There is a bathtub, toilet lid is loosely.

The door lock safety is installed wrongly, cannot lock.

Hotel door opens widely during midnight, not sure if there is anyone to guard the door, not feeling safe.

Rooms: truly Western standard hotel. good size double rooms, including ground floor rooms. Very comfortable bed, great lights control panel. USB & UK plugs, beautiful bathroom with shower. Big mirror. All really clean and easily accessible. Step free. Quiet even near the reception

🚨🚨🚨 BEWARE extremely hot shower

Service: 24/7 reception, friendly Indian man receptionist, unhelpful Indian woman receptionist. The secondary door (the ramped one) is being kept shut therefore wheelchair users cannot leave the hotel in case of emergency! 🚨🚨🚨. Motorbike parked on ramp, very unsafe for wheelchair users 🚨🚨🚨 Shows lack of respect for the disabled people.
