OldTown White Coffee @ Bercham — Restaurant in Perak

Been a spot for my family. What's not to like? Clean, spacious, great ambiance, soothing music, great staff and they always have good promo. Recently, they initiated a colouring session for the kids. What a thoughtful idea for family with young kids.

As I am writing this review, the hospitality and top-notch service from Ms Lyana deserves an appreciation. She will become a great asset in Old Town White Coffee chain someday, hopefully soon. As for Ms Asrina, she carefully place each drinks and greeted us with a graceful bow and "welcome".

A simple gesture, goes a long way. Manners, cleanliness, warmth and good food. Thank you Old Town White...

Went for lunch with my Dad after a long break. Food was nice as usual. Ambiance and service great . The cashier was very polite and friendly (Liana) is awesome as she handle the floor by herself by serving dishes, take order , bill payment also she had a good smile posture which make guest feel welcome. Definitely would come back because of liana. I took her picture for her appreciations but missout...

Please if can't handle children using colour pencil don't provide it. Because when children see colour they get excited. Than your working is being rude and hand over colour mention they can't give more because afraid will fall down the colour and mass. Even parents control it children will still get excited. Don't act like it's a children environmental friendly place...
