Ipoh Times Inn Hotel — Hotel in Perak

Good morning. Today i check out 1st May 2019. There is a guy who on duty morning shift and i believe this company can check who is on duty that day. He very rude, no courtesy and no customer service skill. He mad at me because i didnt remove the electric key when i not in my room beside that is customers right because we pay the room and your company didnt mention about that to customers when everytime we check in. He can not being rude because your company also not a 5 star because of what my room 6 window is broken there is not be fix until every morning the rubbish smell enter to my room and make me uncomfortable also have ants..is this your company train them or is this budget hotel have a right to talk to customers like that. If this how you guys do then in future there will no customers will come and your business will not have a future in hotel industry. Except for customers who want to do for 1 night stand. Do not practise of that bad service just because is cheaper hotel and dont assume of your hotel is cheaper there is no future, from small business will become big. Remember customers is your company profit and future.next i wont book your hotel if that guy still working there and i will remember his face. I check in on the 27th April till 1st May 2019 and using 1 of company staff name..thank you and wish your company success in future if that guy of bad attitude service not working there..hope your hotel will have improvement and...

we have book a room with 4 adults through hotels.com in Ipoh Times Inn Hotel, but arrived here and been transferred to another branch of tthe company which is Highway Times Inn Hotel because they dont have 4 man room in Ipoh Times Inn. After we arrived in Highway Times Inn, we were informed by the receptionist that the room we booked in only available for 3 adults as shown in the their system. The receptionist is not helpful at all. Instead of providing us a solution like offering an extra mattress, he asked us to pay for extra RM20 if we need the mattress. The hotel is very bad with smoking smell everywhere. The room and bathroom are very dirty, the pillow case is yellowish with lots of stains. The toilet shower is leaking and the toilet floor is dirty. There were even spider webs in the room beside the cupboard. This is the worst stay...

A hotel that fits if you are just staying for a night. (Stayed during December 2023)

Pros Outdoor parking outside the hotel Should still have rooms if you can't find any rooms else where Free Wifi Staff are well mannered (won't be rude even if you can't speak Malay) Nice breakfast infront of the hotel Walking distance to most places (10min for me to reach shopping centre)

Cons No windows Aircon is too strong (I dun like "non-adjustable" aircons) haha.. Tried to adjust the aircon but it either burst into full aircon mode or no aircon (didn't know until I wake up...
