I recently had the pleasure of staying at MUZI HOTARU suites, and my experience was truly outstanding. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was enchanted by the beautiful ambience design that perfectly emulated a traditional Japanese home. The attention to detail in the decor was impeccable, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere that made me feel instantly relaxed and at home.
One of the aspects that stood out to me during my stay was the immaculate cleanliness of the room. Every corner of the space was pristine, and the housekeeping staff ensured that everything was in perfect order. It was evident that a lot of effort was put into maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel, which is always a huge plus for me as a guest.
Moreover, the culinary experience at MUZI HOTARU suites was simply exceptional. The hotel's restaurant offered a delicious selection of Japanese cuisine that satisfied even the most discerning palate. The dishes were beautifully presented and bursting with authentic flavors. From the delicate sushi rolls to the flavorful tempura, every bite was a delightful explosion of taste. The chefs clearly demonstrated their mastery and passion for Japanese cuisine, and it was a true pleasure to indulge in their creations.
Additionally, the inclusion of a bath tub in the room was a wonderful touch. After a long day of exploring the city, the option to unwind in a private bath was a pure luxury. The tub provided a serene and spacious retreat where I could relax and rejuvenate. It was a blissful experience, and I greatly appreciated the hotel's attention to providing such a relaxing amenity.
Last but not least, I must commend the friendly and attentive staff at MUZI HOTARU suites. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, the team went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. They were always ready to assist with a warm smile and were extremely knowledgeable about the area, providing helpful recommendations for places to visit and dine.
Overall, my stay at MUZI HOTARU suites was a truly memorable one. The exceptional ambience design, clean and comfortable room, delectable Japanese food, inclusion of a bath tub, and the friendly staff all combined to create an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay that embraces Japanese hospitality in the most...

PROS: Rooms tastefully designed. Complimentary tea set with desserts were simply delicious! Breakfast was delicious too!
CONS: Cafe was so popular dat when we arrive for check in yesterday both the carpark next to the hotel and the additional one further dwn d road was full. I hd to park way further dwn at the roadside. Should hv reserved the lots nxt to the hotel for the hotel guests as they cm with luggages. And leave the lots further away for cafe patrons. There's a fridge in the room. But it was barely even cool. Complained to the staff, and was told they knw about it and sorry. That's as cold as it gets. My kids was on medication n needs to hv the meds chilled. Pillows were really thick. Good for some, bad for some. 3 of us adults couldnt sleep at all except my 5 yr old son. Sound proofing is bad. Really bad. Happens so that there was some Indian religious ceremonial thing going on next door. Music was on really loud till about 11ish. Then silence. Out of sudden, they light d firecrackers n woke us all up. The hotel should hv preempted us before we even arrive, not when we ask after we checked in then only they tell us. Couldn't sleep at all! Bathtub was leaking bad! My kid took a dip in the bathtub and when we let the water out, it flowed out from the bottom of the edge of the tub, and flooded...
Read moreFirst saw the pictures on Facebook. I showed it to my family and decided to visit it as part of a trip to Malaysia. The room we booked for with a tub did not work for us as it was way too small for us. The toilet was bigger than the bedroom. No fridge I asked for a change the next night and I had a beautiful quadruple room downstairs known as the Fiji suite (may be wrong) with Fridge. Only issue is the sound proofing wasn't great. I prefer downstairs as it lead right to the garden. Price wise it is more expensive than Sunway. Cheaper than Zen at Cameron Highlands which has the same concept. This is smaller in scale. 750++ ringgit for 2 nights which include breakfasts and 1 tea. We like the food there. Nice design for the rooms downstairs. Able to wash your laundry and spin them dry is a plus for them too. Free parking. If they can work on sound proofing I think I will rate them 5 stars. Special shout out to the fantastic and professional staff. I see the manager helping out and is hands on. Sharif was the one who checked us in and out I find him to be a calm and helpful staff. Kudos...
