Truly a hidden gem located just around 5 minutes away from the Tambun theme park. We stopped by here on a rainy evening looking for coffee, and we ended up coming every day when we were there 😂 The overall atmosphere, interior and vibe just embodies the word peace. The matcha was immaculate and was never a miss every time I ordered. If you're like me and face bowel issues every time you ingest dairy products, they have oat milk as an alternative! The DESSERTS omg I swear, every single one was so rich and flavourful. I recommend the Tiramisu and the original Daifuku. Try the Matcha Choc Cheese if you absolutely love matcha and cheesecake combined. During our last day here, we tried the udon, ochazuke and the ramen. Whoever the chef was, they SLAYED in that kitchen y'all. The way I devoured all those dishes would make anyone think I haven't eaten for dAYS. It's just THAT good. If you can't tell already, I am definitely coming back again once I'm back in Ipoh 😂 Some pointers to fully enjoy your time here: 1. They have two parking spaces, one in front of the shop and one that's further inside. After turning left, go further in and you'll see it on your right. 2. Come here during the weekdays as weekends are pretty full. They close pretty late as well (11 pm) but do come early if you wanna try out the desserts as they do run out at the end of the day (as they should đŸ”„) 3. Study and work-friendly as they have power outlets.

Wow.... A perfect place with yummy food and comfy environment. Spent a great time with friends and family, had a nice chat and laughed together. The Daifuku had a decadent taste, I could feel the pieces of peanuts melting in my mouth as the juicy strawberry burst in my mouth with sweetness. The cakes were soft and fluffy with a suitable amount of light matcha cream, the cheescake and chocolate base goes really well allowing yourself to have a taste of the bitter matcha and sweet chocolate. The drinks were quite average but still had a good taste. This place has a clean cute aesthetic with calming music and colors. This is an awesome place for relaxation, if you are finding a place to stay, theres even a hotel here. Highly recommended!

1. MUZI Matcha CafĂ© is such a gem! The whole place is designed around matcha, and you can really feel it from the menu to the atmosphere. 2. Every corner here is an OOTD spot—seriously, the interior is so well thought out and perfect for photos. 3. The vibes are cozy yet stylish, making it a great place to chill with friends or even just enjoy some me-time. 4. Their matcha drinks are rich, smooth, and not overly sweet, which I really love. It’s definitely a must-visit for matcha lovers or anyone looking for a cute cafĂ© experience. Overall, 5/5 for the unique concept, cozy interior, and aesthetic design. You come for the matcha, but you’ll end up staying for the vibes (and the photos!).”

I tried their Matcha Burnt Cheesecake and honestly, it was a letdown. The texture was hard and not smooth at all, almost like it had been sitting in the fridge for too long. On top of that, I couldn’t taste any matcha. it was just plain. Definitely not worth RM19.

Their Matcha Latte was also disappointing. The matcha wasn’t mixed properly and I kept getting clumps of powder in every sip which completely ruined the experience. I’ve had real Saemidori matcha before, and this doesn’t taste anywhere close. I’m not even sure they’re using the genuine powder.

To add to the frustration, the shop states they close at 11pm but by 10:15pm they were already shutting down. If that’s the case, they should update their hours to avoid giving false hope to customers.

Overall, I really don’t understand how this place gets good reviews. Definitely not the matcha...

I had a very disappointing experience at this cafe recently on 14th september 2025, sunday, around 11.40am - 11.50am.

While helping to load some items near the front of the shop, one of the staff members (one male Chinese staff), came out and started shouting, accusing me of parking illegally. I wasn’t parked—I was simply in the process of loading, and the vehicle wasn’t left unattended. It is a PUBLIC ROAD anyway.

There was absolutely no need for such aggressive behavior. The male Chinese staff should come and confront us not shout from across the road and not to mentioned after that he went to RELA, pointed to us and talked about us. haha what a silly little boy? :/

A polite conversation would have been more than enough to clarify the situation. PLUS, IT IS A PUBLIC ROAD, NOT PRIVATE ROAD AND I DID NOT BLOCK ANY VEHICLE OR...
