Came in with decent expectations, but ended up largely disappointed.

Location - The vicinity looks quite old n secluded. It's on the opposite side of a school.

Parking - It's a shaded indoor parking: a plus. But the exit boom gate was open (out-of-order?) when we checked out: a minus in terms of safety.

Lift-to-Lobby - The carpark was on the ground floor, while the lobby n rooms are at the basements. So the lift becomes part of the lobby entrance. But we're shocked to find the floor mat of the lift torn n broken. It wasn't welcoming at all.

Check-in - The self-check-in kiosk is a good point. Fast n convenient. Staff was helpful with the check-in too.

Room - Felt a bit dirty. The bedsheets felt a bit sticky/not-clean. The soundproofing of the wall is bad. We can hear people's voice & loud banging of the door from our neighboring room. The shower head also wasn't working properly. And the worst is: We were shocked to find a cockroach resting on the floor in the morning.

Wifi - No complaints here. It's free n working.

2. floor is sticky
3. bed though is acceptable but bedsheet has a smell
4. toilet floor is slippery ( cld be didn't wash after the previous guest Chk out)
5. the washing face sink water takes a slow time to clear when using it Toilet bowl gave out a bad smell when flushed The next morning before going out for breakfast, informed the receptionist to have the room cleaned up and to brush the toilet bowl But after we were back in the evening,the toilet bowl was not brushed and the shower area the emptied shower bottles were not removed or refilled with new ones Tea and coffee pkts were refilled but did not place them neatly at the side of the tea cups .
