I recently broke my ankle and I had been surviving by Grab but the Grab food was not nutritious at all so I decided to give this caterer a go. I started with the Bento Set A and I must say I am now looking forward to eating again. The food arrives early and the portions are very generous. Most importantly, the dishes are excellent and for me it is really delicious and so well put together. What I mean by that is the three dishes really go well together and I couldn’t be happier. Now, I no longer have to wait for my sister to come back from work or bother with Grab food. Just to share how delicious the food is, on Thursday my bento pack got stolen. The apartment where I live had no electricity for the day and so the rider had to put the bento box at the lobby, he applogised saying he couldnt send it 30 flights up so I agreed to take it when the lifts worked again. When I went down to get it, the bento box was missing! The delicious food smell must have made someone so hungry they actually stole it! Anyway, I know it is no one’s fault except the hungry thief’s. I’ve been ordering from your catering service for my family repeatedly, and I’d like to share my feedback. We don’t eat much rice, so the less salty option is perfect for us. I also appreciate that you don’t use MSG, as it aligns with our health-conscious choices. The selection of food is great and suits us perfectly, as we were initially worried about menu repetition. I especially love the boneless dishes or those with the bones removed, making it safer for elderly members of our family. The texture of the food is fantastic—everything is perfectly cooked, with just the right balance of tenderness and freshness. The dishes are consistently well-prepared, and each bite is a delightful experience, whether it’s the tender meat, the crisp vegetables, or the smooth consistency of the sauces. The taste and texture of the food are absolutely awesome—delicious, well-balanced, and just the right consistency. My story is like this. You and your team has helped me ever so so much in putting home cooked meals on our table since January this year. Before my daughter introduced me to you, I was at my wit's end, looking after toddlers, buying groceries online, and trying to put a complete meal on the table for the young adults who need to work from home. By then, I was at the suffering end because I would be too exhausted to eat. I felt guilty if the food is not finished up or they felt it not enough for all, so each one tried to keep for the other. Now, after getting to know you, I personally eat better and if there is any leftover, I don't feel guilty because it is not my cooking!😂 Besides this, your system for requesting delivery of each meal is so flexible that I am able to choose the days, if I wish to.
