Megah Rise Mall — Local services in Petaling Jaya

Pet friendly mall? Explain how it is pet friendly when if u are a single person with your dog and there's nobody to help you take care of your dog when you need to go to the washroom cause apparently this so called " pet friendly " mall doesn't allow for your pets to follow into the restrooms as well, so don't need to go washroom lor? When your guards come and confront us saying there's a complaint, apparently the complaint is by the mall's cleaner. No consideration for pet owners and no proper planning when you want to make it a so called pet friendly mall? Or is it a convenience to just want to attract the pet owners to come here and spend. Fyi we had been coming pretty often to support the tenants for the past whole year and time & time again nothing had been done to rectify the issues below:

ONLY ONE PET FRIENDLY LIFT FOR THE WHOLE MALL?? IF WE PARK AT THE OTHER END OF THE MALL PARKING THEN HAVE TO WALK ALL THE WAY TO YOUR DESIGNATED PET FRIENDLY LIFT WHICH IS ON THE OTHER END? What logic is this? How about when ur " infamous incident " regarding the ceiling collapsed then you allow for all lifts to be pet friendly??

TOILETS LOCATED AT THE PET UNFRIENDLY SPOTS? NO DESIGNATED TOILETS FOR LONE PET OWNERS?

IF YOUR CLEANERS ARE AFRAID OF DOGS AND WANT TO COMPLAIN THEN WHY BOTHER WORKING HERE ANYWAYS?

RUDE AND UNREASONABLE GUARDS ALWAYS OUT TO GET THE PET OWNERS WHEN THEY JUST SO HAPPEN TO STEP ACROSS THE LINE ON THE GROUND TO THE PET UNFRIENDLY ZONES?

TO THE PEOPLE AND TENANTS WHO WANT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HAVING DOGS IN THE MALL, WHY COME HERE WHEN YOU ALREADY KNOW THIS IS A " PET FRIENDLY MALL " AS PER CLAIMED? FOR TENANTS WHO ARE NOT PET FRIENDLY, KINDLY MOVE OUT SO THE MALL THEY CAN BE A "FULLY" PET FRIENDLY MALL FOR PET OWNERS? :)

TEANANT UPSTAIRS LAO MAO CAFE THROWING WEIGHTS AROUND AND BEING A NUISANCE TO OTHER CUSTOMERS, NOT TO MENTION THE POSSIBLE SAFETY ISSUES? I DONT SEE SECURITY AND MANAGEMENT TAKING CARE OF THIS ISSUE ?

CNY LUCKY DRAW EVENT WHEN YOU DON'T ALLOW FOR CHECKING AND REISSUING OF THE FORM / TICKET? DOES IT CHANGE THE FACT THAT WE SPEND AT YOUR MALL SO OFTEN ( MIND YOU NOT A SMALL AMOUNT ) AND YOU CAN'T EVEN BE FLEXIBLE / ACCOMODATING TO YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS? DO BETTER

MIND YOU MANY OF THESE ISSUES HAD BEEN VOICED OUT BY MANY PET OWNERS AND THE MALL DON'T SEEM TO GIVE A DAMN? HOW MANY PERSONNEL OF YOUR MANAGEMENT BOARD ARE ACTUALLY PEOPLE WHO ARE EXPERIENCED IN THE PET INDURSTRY OR IN THE PLANNING OF A PROPER PET FRIENDLY SPACE? FROM WHAT WE ARE SEEING THERE'S NEXT TO NONE?

FYI THE WORD PET FRIENDLY MALL IS NOT A TERM YOU ARE QUALIFIED TO BE USING IF THERE ARE SPOTS IN THE MALL THAT DOES NOT WELCOME PETS AND NOT BEING FULLY PET FRIENDLY. STOP THE CONVENIENCE OF SAYING "PET FRIENDLY" FOR A MALL WHEN YOU REALLY AREN'T. AND FYI WE SPEAK FOR...

A typical small mall thrown in with the Megah Rise development. It has created a buzz around Tmn Megah from it's sleepy past, when the best thing that had happen was meng tien food stalls. Now it has a new beginning, including the latest arrival of Bottega's latest opening, directly opposite the mall , an Italian restaurant that could rivals the mall's village grocer when sourcing for Italian food ingredients. Overall the mall has a good but not he best mix of tenants which include a Mr DIY. As usual it has a few coffee chain stalls, local food chain and also a non meat outlet, hainan kopitiam. Pet grooming centers, child day care centers, karaoke. Notably they have a good mix of wine retailers around this part of PJ, not found nearby. It all comes down to a good management team that could get a mall going right from day satu! Dared say the mall has brightened the area (SS 24). Notably I've came crossed new faces we seldom see visiting the mall. It could only meant they're drawing a younger crowd and the mall itself get pretty crowded during the weekend where a pasar malam do take place on Sunday evening. Double that up with Fatty Crab restaurant, 2 restaurants that serve hot pot, a shuzi Zenmai, has indeed created a buzzy area around SS24. The mall itself has a good but not wonderful mix of tenants as yet. The mall. Management did some good events pulling in the crowds in Sunday. Hoped the mall can revive the area's once famous badminton hall which has a heavy following in the past. Assisted by its neighbourhood commercial activities surely give the mall a new and happy buzzing. For a mall they have kept it clean and tidy and pretty secured as security goes. I could only offer our best wishes to them. More work have to be imput into the mall itself and it is not a one time event and forget, that's not what the Kok group is famous for. Though the service / management fees collected may not be fantastically big but could do better in term of mall/ events decor and give it an ever happening place. Wished them luck and they ve to think out of the box in creativity to make the place the best mall...

Megah Rise Mall is a new addition to the Taman Megah area, offering a variety of shops, eateries and services to cater to the needs of the residents and visitors. The mall is conveniently located next to the LDP highway and the Taman Bahagia LRT station, making it easily accessible by car or public transport. This morning, my wife fetched me to pick up an old buddy from the taxi stand across the link bridge from Kelana Jaya LRT station and headed to Megah Rise Mall. The Mall is a new addition to the Taman Megah area, offering a variety of shops, eateries and services to cater to the needs of the residents and visitors.

The mall has a premium grocer, Village Grocer, as its anchor tenant, providing fresh and quality products for daily needs. There are also many exciting F&B outlets to choose from. Whether you are looking for a quick snack, a hearty meal or a refreshing drink, you will find something to suit your taste buds here.

The mall also has other amenities such as a pharmacy, a Korean KTV lounge and even a badminton court. You can also find some speciality stores selling fashion, accessories, home decor and gifts. The mall is spacious and well-lit, with ample parking space and friendly staff. The mall is also family-friendly, with a kids' play area and baby-changing facilities.
