The only food worth eating here is the western food at the far end. Qlty was just so so. Price wise ok. Normally would avoid the place if there were alternatives available around here. Sadly there were non. It is divided into 2 section, halal vs the non halal. Management vise was largely unseen except there was a security guy manning the place. The place was kept largely unkempted and uncleared of bowls, cups & etc. Any spilled food and tissues were cleared by the tenant shops. Food wise and quality were low to below average except for the western food stall at the end lot and pretty much nothing else. Patron wise were largely low at non peak hours except for lunch and dinner time. Price wise were low to average. Drink wise were confine to hot and ice drinks, no alcohol drink were sold here! Parking wise was a 1st come 1st served basis when you're lucky enough. Here you can get chicken rice, vegan food, western stall abs and a couple of Thai food stalls. An Indian stall, a few malay stall but largely closed vat most time, night or day. You re likely to patronise when nothing fits yr taste or at least there're as slightly variety on offer here. Lucky thing there're plenty of competitions from the kopi tiam nearby. All...
Read moreWe’ve come here a couple of times.
Sadly we cannot recommend the drinks stall here. The man who served us took more than 20 mins to make 3 drinks and on top of that the hygiene and handling of our fruit juice was “highly questionable.” And some of the other reviewers are right, each ice drink has excessive amount of ice…
Wantanmee stall: I wish I could give better ratings as I like supporting elder vendors but the uncle had a plastic glove on while preparing my wantanmee to go, which I’d initially appreciated seeing… until he stepped away to clear dishes from customers who were done eating. Still wearing the same glove on his left hand he took all of these dishes to his sink and then went back to preparing my meal. With the same gloved hand, he handled the char siew meat which went on my dish 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ I should have stopped him but I was in a big hurry to go and on hindsight I wish I’d said something. See pic for what I paid - RM7 for some noodles and char siew. No vege, no wanton. 🤔
Vegetarian dish (see pic) we paid close to RM16 for both. Fairly ok price, not the friendliest service but they constantly cook up new dishes so it’s...
Read moreVisited just before noon, with a crowd already seated. Be sure to pay for parking via smart selangor or tng as the authorities round this area. Felt for joe's western but was informed they open from 12.30pm. Took away singapore hokkien mee, which is not easy to find. It expanded by the time i had it at home. Many stall operators are locals. So the quality wise, authentic. Will return for the thai food and beef noodle. Stay tuned. I visited in the evening with my in-laws for some vietnamese street food. It was packed but seating available. Ordered a steamed siakap with lime, omelette with mince, seafood tomyam, stir fry vege and a pork oatty on skewers - all good and service was fast. Reasonable prices. Plus watermelon juice which was served in a really large cup - enough for two. Perfect with the spicy food. I returned for vietnamese pork noodles - not bad. Returned on a separate occassion to try food at the halal section - and i hit up a plain naan with chicken tandoori - was ok. Had a lot of bony pieces of meat. Visited again - this round for vegetarian mixed rice. Not bad. Will return for the...
