Hotel 57 USJ 21 — Hotel in Subang Jaya

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel 57 and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish.

One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional customer service provided.

Not only was the service top-notch, but the room itself was also impeccably tidy and comfortable. It was evident that great attention to detail had been paid to ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The bed was plush and inviting, and I had no trouble getting a restful night's sleep.

Additionally, I appreciated the convenience of the self-check-in process, which was seamless and hassle-free. As someone who has done self check-ins before, I found Hotel 57's process to be particularly efficient and user-friendly.

One of the most impressive aspects of my stay was the affordability of the room price. Despite the high level of service and comfort provided, the room rates were very reasonable, making Hotel 57 an excellent choice for travelers on a budget.

Worst hotel service. Rude manager. The gay staff very impolite. Booked via agoda. Ask for deposit but can't accept debit/credit card due to machine down at 1045pm. Spoke to Cindy Manager n told her I have rm30 deposit but insist must pay cash rm50 or else no room. Had to walk out to look for ATM. Next morning at 8am no water at all. When ask the gay staff 2x, just said "I don't know"' Very unprofessional way of answering. Got angry. Checked out at 8am. No point having a hotel when you can't give basic service to your customers. Better close down. NEVER EVER CHOOSE THIS HOTEL AGAIN. Suggest nearby hotel in Taipan...

In September I took a party of 40+ students and we stayed at Hotel 57 (i have been doing this since anually since 2014. The rooms are simple, but always clean.

The self checkin service works so well, especially for large groups in a small reception area.

The location is perfect for us with a small plaza being just opposite, and many places to eat nearby. The MRT is also a 10 minute walk away.
