Super Saigon Main Place Mall — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

I had the pleasure of dining at Super Saigon, Main Place USJ, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish!

The Vietnamese cuisine here is absolutely amazing. Every dish we tried was packed with authentic flavors and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. From the hearty pho to the flavorful banh mi, each bite was a treat for the taste buds. The presentation of the food was also lovely, adding to the overall dining experience.

A big shoutout to Izz for his outstanding customer service. He was warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcomed. His friendly demeanor and genuine care truly enhanced our visit.

I placed two separate Buy 1 Free 1 orders, 4 cups each. On the first order, I accidentally selected only 3 cups instead of 4. I tried calling the Main Place outlet immediately to inform them, but no one answered after multiple attempts.

Since I couldn’t reach the store, I asked the Grab rider to help check with the staff. In the end, I was charged for 4 cups under the Buy 1 Free 1 promo, but only received 3 cups. The store made no effort to handle the issue in a humanized or responsible manner.

To make things worse, the Boba Vietnam Milk Tea was overly sweet and hard to drink. One bag (with 3 cups) had no straws at all, while the other (with 4 cups) had only 4 straws.

Despite its sleek, modern vibe, the pho at Super Saigon Main Place falls surprisingly flat — the broth tastes bland and off, almost as if something’s amiss. In contrast, the pho at Super Saigon Subang Parade is noticeably richer and more satisfying; if you’ve tried both, the difference is unmistakable — the Subang Parade bowl outshines the Main Place one every time. I also ordered the Fried Rice Masala and chose the "normal" spiciness level, but it turned out shockingly fiery — so spicy that I couldn’t even eat it.
