If it was possible to give ZERO stars, i would do that. We reserved a table for six for a birthday celebration. Upon arrival, they showed me to a table that was CRAWLING WITH MAGGOTS. I didnt want to make a scene and informed the waiter who then told me: only this table can fit five plus one. So… you want me to sit at the table with maggots instead of arranging another table? We then got another table where service was not the best but decent enough. We brought our own cake and passed it to be kept in the chiller, someone had tipped the cake bag. The cake was melting as the box wasnt even cold anymore and it was smashed pretty obvious. When it came time to settle the bill, i informed them of my disappointment, all they said was: sorry do you want a birthday discount? There wasnt an apology for the maggots crawling or the lack of service or the smashed cake. That night all of us had food poisoning....

20 minutes in from the receipt they printed and they still did not bring the soup. Is it on purpose since there’s a 2 hour dine in limit? When the soup arrive, it’s cold, we still need time to wait for it to boil, so 30 minutes in, only we can start cooking. Next time, make sure when we sit down and order the soup, the soup comes out immediately after. So the soup have time to boil. This one, all the meat came out and the soup is not out, i informed them more than twice. Items ordered did not come, didn’t order dumplings but they sent it to our table. Note to self : just go to Barbeque Plaza mainplace, it’s cheaper and less salty. Even if the service is as slow as Feifan, at least I won’t be piss cause...

Visited this hot pot restaurant with a family group of seven and had a truly wonderful dining experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and efficient, making sure everything went smoothly for our large group.

A special shoutout to the manager, Kingston, who was absolutely exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. From helping us with menu recommendations to checking in regularly and handling all our requests with a smile, his professionalism and hospitality really stood out.
