Date: 20/3/23, 12.30p.m. I asked for the bill, the waiter scanned my Grab app code, and it was declined. Upon trying a few times, the waiter asked his senior, Shamsul to help. . He looked at my Grab app, and told me in a very impatient tone, "The last time you came, I told you that we do not accept Grab." . I replied, "How would I remember? I went to so many restaurants." My gosh, I told him off that he should NOT speak like that and demanded for an apology. He was reluctant and I asked for a feedback form. . He said, "I have many customers." . I recently visited Fish & Co., a popular seafood chain in Malaysia known for its Mediterranean-inspired dishes. I tried the Kids Meals (Captain Hook-Fish & Chips and Treasure Trove - Nuggets), both priced reasonably at RM12.95 each, and they came with a refreshing orange drink. For the main menu, I ordered 'The Best Fish & Chips,' now priced at RM26.95, which is quite an increase from its previous price of less than RM20. The fish was juicy, but it felt slightly overcooked or over-fried. I also had the Mushroom Soup with Iced Tea (RM10.95) and Mashed Potatoes (RM6.95), must try. Pleasantly surprised by the food at Fish & Co. The prices are pretty pricey, but the portions are huge. My New York fish and chips was still hot throughout the meal, which help kept the cheese inside to be still melty and delicious. The Seafood Platter for 1 came in an enormous helping of calamari that we couldn't finish. Everything was seasoned well, including the fries (although they weren't equally seasoned throughout).
