I paid RM688 for a family annual pass last night, with plans to celebrate my child’s birthday there. The package was advertised to include: 18 free go-kart rides 2x free birthday venue use 15 free kids invitations ( during birthday Month)
After making the payment, the Kinzo staff informed me that I had to pay an additional RM250 as a cleaning fee for the party venue. If I refused, I would not be able to use the free kids invitations. I felt deceived because there were no written terms and conditions provided in-store or displayed in the advertisement—only verbal explanations after payment was made, which can easily be changed from time to time. Why can't the owner just mention it on their promo material or on the 3 big screens above the counter that T&C applied, price exclude cleaning fees etc.. what's with the non transparency as a business owner using dirty tactic to mislead and lure customers. I contacted the owner, voiced my dissatisfaction over the misleading promotion, and stressed that I expected integrity from them. Long story short, the owner said if we are not happy with how they do business, I can request for refund. We got the money refunded and went to a different...

So unless you can read Chinese, good luck figuring it out. Apparently, accessibility wasn’t high on the design team’s checklist.
The whole theme screams “Mario Kart meets Super Mario World,” with designs that are... let’s just say not even pretending to be original. It gives off that wonderfully chaotic “anything goes” vibe you sometimes get in developing countries. Malaysia may be aiming for high-income status, but if this is how intellectual property is treated, it does make you wonder. Then again, maybe the owners are just banking on Nintendo not caring...
Read moreTerrible experience. Rude staff and lack of knowledge. Ticketing counter staff and go kart counter staff has manner issue. The ticketing counter girl(which i do not know her name) even provoke me to viral the video of their risky act. Should improve staff mannerism. The staff being double standard and there is glitch on the go kart policy. Bought annual packages on go kart, after payment and claims then they notify on the restrictions where I did confirmation before purchasing the package. It's like being scammed. I definitely will not recommend this place although the owner is friendly and understanding and the facility overall good as the policies are unclear and staff mannerism are very...
