Been a long while since the last time I ate the famous paper wrapped chicken at Seri Kembangan, a family business that had resulted in a few outlets started by the next generation. Unfortunately over the years, the original shop that I went to more then 3 decades ago have ceased business. There are two more in the shop lots behind the original shop, one run by the younger brother and the other by the sister.
I went to the one run by the younger brother. The paper wrapped chicken still taste yummy. Also had the stuffed lady fingers, brinjal, bitter gourds, and fried dumpling, (normal, nothing exceptional) together with fried veggies. As there were two of us, unfortunately did not try their curry wild boar, and hakka stew pork belly with black fungus, which from memory were delicious. Service was excellent. Would come back again to try them next trip over. Might also try the sister's shop further up...
