Bar.B.Q Plaza @ The Mines — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

Love it. It is my first time here and the restaurant did their best to adhere to the Covid-19 prevention SOPs. Love how they creatively put 3-D cutouts of their dragon mascot to ensure customers are properly distanced apart. The food, especially the meat, are sumptuous and although the price is slightly to the pricier side, but still okay. There's 20% off for students, everyday, but only from 12pm-5pm. Cold green tea has unlimited refills as well as the cabbage. Service is also great. All in all, it's a nice place to dine from time to time and we'll surely come again...

I reach The Mines at 730pm n called them (BBQ plaza) asking for any slot to dine in then they said got 10++ table (in chinese). After reach-ing the premis at 740pm then only found out that 10++ table is waiting table but not available table, then i fill up my contact number and name started to que. After waiting for almost 2 hours 915pm i went back to the premis to recomfirm. The staff tell me that the premis are CLOSE! (Without any inform!!!) What a good experience waiting and starving in The Mines...

Worst BBQ Plaza branch I have ever visited. We arrived around 11.15, and took 15 mins for food to be prepared with the order came wrong. Most of the waiter are USING THEIR PHONE and doesnt seem like they want to work. When we are at the counter to pay, they ignored us when the restaurant is literally empty with just another table of customer. We stood and waited for another 5 mins before the cashier comes, and all the other workers that pass by ignored us.

Will never visit...
