And yes, I would like to highlight that the menu on your website is completely different from the actual menu at the restaurant. The main dishes listed online showed four options, and I ordered all of them. In the end, your staff told me that only the “Nasi Goreng Cili Api” was available, so I proceeded with that.
However, just a few minutes later, they came back and informed me that it was also out of stock. In fact, most of the main dishes were unavailable. First of all, your staff should inform customers in advance about which items are out of stock, or at the very least, place a sticker or note in the menu to indicate this.
I’ve been in the F&B industry for years — my background is in the kitchen, and I’m a chef — so I understand how this works. You shouldn’t judge someone based on appearance or assume they won’t notice such issues.
Most of the food I attempted to order from the main dish section was unavailable. On top of that, I ordered a 9.5-inch pizza that cost RM28, but your staff also charged me for a dish I never ordered — the Buttermilk Chicken Pasta. After I made the payment, I realized there was an extra charge on the bill. However, your staff only gave me the updated receipt and did not return the original one. I will attach the current receipt provided to us.
Additionally, I noticed discrepancies between the shop menu and the website menu. For example, the restaurant menu includes BBQ Chicken, which is not listed on your website. I clearly remember the shop menu having only 3–4 main dish options, and I asked for all of them — all were out of stock.
We also asked for canned drinks such as Sprite, Coke, 100Plus, and 7-Up — all of which were also out of stock. Please ensure that your website and in-store menus are consistent and up to date.
Despite the mistake being on your side, your staff did not offer any apology. My friend and I had to double-check the receipt ourselves to confirm the overcharge. I then asked your staff to check it, and they refunded RM16.
I hope this feedback helps highlight areas that need improvement. Most importantly, your service staff must inform customers about unavailable items before they place an...
Read moreI’ve been here a couple of times over the years and I understand the concept of no “outside food and drinks allowed”. I came to shelter with a drink from my own home (apple juice) in a Starbucks tumbler. Does that count as an outside drink? Discuss. It’s not that I’m sitting here for free and drinking my homemade drink either. I’m a paying customer who paid for shisha so i should be allowed to keep my tumbler with me at least. The first guy came and told us no outside drinks allowed and after I explained that I brought it from home and it wasn’t bought elsewhere he said ok and asked me to put it under the table. The second guy however came and snatched it from me despite telling him that I didn’t buy the drink from outside. Is a drink from my home considered an outside drink? Isn’t it the same as a bottle of water? If I brought a starbucks tumbler with water in it would it be snatched away as well? Horrible attitude despite me not openly drinking my drink. Never...
Read moreMy third time here for the shisha and drinks. All three times I was chased out before 11.30pm when you have clearly stated the place closes at 12am. So my question here is why aren’t u changing the operating hours if its not closing at sharp 12am ,I asked for charcoal change at 11.15pm and I was told they are closing and they cant change my charcoal? Seriously? We are not coming here to spend ‘nothing’ the local guy who works here is clearly lacking some real customer service and have been sulking at all customers almost every time and in my every visit he is just plain cold. Nice hangout spot with poor customer service. I will never recommend this place to anyone as it is truly...
