Hotel bonito pero desorganizado y con personal súper irresponsable. Habíamos reservado dos habitaciones y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que "con la pena pero solo nos habían apartado una" y que era nuestro problema buscar la otra habitación. En vez de solucionar su error se la pasaron diciendo que una de sus empleadas les había hecho un desorden pero ese no era problema nuestro. Tuvimos que exigirles que solucionaran y después de mucha ineficiencia y molestias consiguieron otras habitaciones en un hotel lejano. Me tenían que devolver dinero porque eran habitaciones más baratas. A pesar de que estuve exigiendo ese dinero tanto en efectivo o en transferencia se la pasaron diciendo que me lo depositarían pero eso nunca pasó. No lo recomiendo, no vuelvo, horrible experiencia.
