BOK21 - Hotel en Cancún — Hotel in Cancún

Oh, one of my worst experience on vacation. The hotel was a Hidden spot by a sex store and smoke shop so not recommended for family , there is always an old man just settin in the lobby just staring at anyone going out or coming in . The location was in decent spot because it was close to everything but if you have the room facing the street you will not be able to sleep it’s like you sleeping on the belcony very loud all day and night the cars in the motorcycles never stop revving engines and motorcycles is a normal thing so forget about sleeping …. Had problem the wifi very weak and it will disconnect at all times so I had to use my own data and get roaming charges everyday which was almost 20$ a day I contacted the staff or who ever msged me on WhatsApp and the get mad and said they never had that problem which was not correct because as you can see in other reviews I am stating the same problems. Don’t be surprised if you see stains and marks on the pillows and sheets I was booked there for 10 days I had to book Airbnb for my last 5 days very disappointed and will not recommended it to anyone unless you okay with...

I’m giving 4 stars mainly because of the price and location — it really is a great deal for what you pay. You need to be realistic: this is not a 5-star hotel, and I don’t understand people expecting luxury amenities at this price point.

Our room was cleaned daily, including fresh bedsheets, and they even folded our clothes, which was a lovely touch. We never got new towels during our stay, but that wasn’t a big issue for us.

The main downsides were: No mini fridge in the room Only hot water in the shower — no cold water at all Old windows, so the AC couldn’t cool the room properly. When we turned it off, the room got super hot and stuffy, like a sauna. We even got sore throats from sleeping with the AC on all night.

On the bright side, the staff was friendly, and they have an ice machine in the lobby, which helped a lot.

Worst hotel I have ever experienced in my entire life. 1st night power outage. Entire stay no working TV. The internet connection is so slow that you can’t stream with your phone. Absolutely no room service. Be prepared to heat and make your own coffee in lobby. Yesterday I had to go to the gas station for a coffee cup because they were out of stock. Getting Toliet Paper, clean towels, trash liner’s is literally next to impossible. Went to sit on desk chair and almost fell off. It was broken. Closet door handle is broken. Cobwebs throughout corners. Cockroaches and other insects are infested in room. Unless you have earplugs forget about sleeping the noise from traffic makes it impossible to to sleep.
