Marrakesh Restaurant & Hookah Lounge — Restaurant in Cancún

I went to this restaurant while visiting Cancun. The first night I was told they can only prepare kebabs no other menu items were not available. I said no issue. As we were sitting on the table, I was told their credit card machine is not working. They can only accept Mexico's currency. I did not have cash so I had to leave. We went to an Indian restaurant near by. On the next night, we decided to go by the restaurant to see if their credit card is working. We were told only chicken is available. They don't have any other menu item. They told us once again the credit card machine is not working because of the rain. Once again we went to close by Chinese restaurant and had no issue with the credit card.

Went to Marrakesh for dinner and hookah. The staff was very amazing and kind. They helped us to our seats, which were very comfortable. The menu was big with so many options to choose from. The food is delicious and fresh. We even had the cook come out to check on us and see if everything was going well. We ordered the hookah, which came out promptly. The flavor was modern and tasty. We got coal change when it was necessary and had the staff come in to check on us every so often.

Overall the staff is very hospitable and always smiling. They check up on you and make sure you're having a good time. The food and hookah is great. Would definitely...

So heres my take of this place. I didnt try the food so i cant judge but the so called moroccan mint tea didnt taste anything like morrocan tea. Its suppose to be at least a bit foamy and taste more minty. It wasnt foamy and didnt taste like mint also wasnt hot. The staff were friendly but i mean why sit me and my girls close to the doors. She didnt suggest or mention there is more space to sit inside she just pointed us to the front left side! And lastly the atmosphere was boring but staff was friendly especially the guy.
