We spent 5 nights at this hotel. It was clean. It was 5-10 min bus ride north of Cancun in a town called Puerto Juarez. It was a quiet hotel in a quiet area. It was easy to take the bus (#1 and #6) into town and to the hotel/beach (#1) area of Cancun. There weren’t many restaurants within walking distance, however there were a few local food stands. We paid about 100 pesos extra per night for “continental” breakfast, but I don’t think that was worth it. You don’t get a choice of food items. You are served their breakfast of the day. For example one day was Waffles and another’s was cereal. ||The WiFi was good in the lobby area. The WiFi occasionally reached the room where we stayed but it was not reliable in the room. Our room was located on the 1st floor (2nd for Americans). I did not see an elevator. The fluorescent lights outside the room were on all night and although we had a curtain on the window it still let in quite a bit of light. The lady is very talented and keeps smile on our face with figures she made with towels. She was our hero during our stay as everyday she impressed us with something else!||Its location just opposite to Port Juarez marina, so at least you are near the beach a way from city chaos.||Budget cost and that expansive compare to other hotels in Cancun.||They also have good parking inside the premises.||||What troubled us, Internet connection was very bad in rooms so really forget about that. Breakfast was terrible with one choice everyday (mostly two pieces of pancakes), so almost sweet one every morning. Sometimes you get good fried eggs (just one day a week). The hotel is very close to the street so it gets very noisy if you try to sleep with windows open.||There is one supermarket opposite to hotel and that's it. Supermarkets in there are mostly for chips and drinks. Some sandwiches but all filled...
