All sand floors. Very nice view of the water. Extremely friendly service. The waiter had me pick the fish I wanted cooked from the ice chest. Michelada is outstanding. I like this place!

New edit: I ordered pescado Al carbon. It was made with Rubia. I am not exaggerating, this is the best fish I have ever had. He has a home made BBQ sauce that is like nothing you've ever had. It is applied lightly and tastefully, cooked into the meat; then basted with garlic.

One of the last "real Mexico" beach restaurants in Cancun? Don't let outward appearances scare you off - the service is excellent, the food top notch and fresh! And the prices are low. When we were there, it was still only 200 pesos for a grilled fish meal, just like the old days! This was our last lunch in Mexico before heading home and it exceeded our expectations. We were also served a free bowl of fish head soup, which was delicious. Also, as a bonus, it comes with occasional free roaming friendly dogs who offer to help you with any leftovers. A+++...

This is by far the best food in this neighborhood, this hidden gem has a private outdoor beach seating, this is fresh fish, caught daily and prepared expertly. Don’t be fooled by the entrance when you get in the dining is really nice and great food. Oddly, there is never a crowd, they might not be good at marketing, but they’re very good at preparing food. The chef and servers are family and very nice people!
