Caravansaro Apart Hotel — Hotel in Mexico City

This was not a good experience at all. I have stayed here many times and will not stay here again. On my previous visit before the one I am reviewing now, there was a new member of staff (Jose) who was excellent. On this latest trip, he was on leave, and the unprofessional staff who worked there before, one of whom is also called Jose, had returned. I messaged to let them know what time I would be arriving, and Rafael the owner, who I like but have never met, was in touch with me to confirm it...then the staff did not open the door to me. They left me outside at 10pm with all my bags for 30 minutes, and did not even answer the doorbell. During this time, an extremely aggressive handyman, who knows me, who has seen me staying there before, who knows I have stayed there, refused to let me enter to even sit in the reception area, and was very aggressive with me. Muy amables en su atención y sin problema para llegar. el detalle no ponen foto del cuarto xq te lo dan según te toque y el número de personas q van. La cama súper incómoda, las almohadas igual. Nos tocó el piso 5 q tiene 7 CUARTOS MINIMO PARA DOS PERSONAS CADA UNO Y UN SOLO BAÑO osea 14 perosnas para un baño. La estancia - sala y cocina súper grande cómoda pero para que? El cuarto súper chico con un espejo súper chico, sin abanico o aire y nuestro cuarto estaba directo a la calle todo el día el sol da y el ruido de las calles ambulancia, etc. ESCUCHAS LO Q PLATICAN EN EL CUARTO DE ENSEGUIDA x lo cerca y chicos q son. Si salen a fumar en la estancia te llega el olor. No parece q estás en Polanco. La vista de otro cuarto cero atractiva. Me prestaron plancha q tenía un corto no la pudimos usar después la arreglaron, PERO YA SABIAN Q NO SERVIA Y ASI me LA PRESTARON, NO ahi lugares para desayunar comer cenar cerca salvo un Oxxo, el baño grande bonito pero la tapa del baño rota?? Tiene elevador sin problemas. Te toca el cuarto q está saliendo del elevador escuchas todo, no lo recomiendo x el precio y la zona y las condiciones parece hostal...

Llegamos a las 12 marcamos al número que está en redes, la señorita que nos atendió nos dijo que el check in era a las 2, regresamos y nos tuvieron esperando por la habitación más de 20 min ya que nadie nos atendía, La habitación muy pequeña, no tienen aire acondicionado y da directamente el sol, mala ventilación de la recamara. Se batalla para cerrar el botón de perilla de la puerta. La pared de división recamara esta incompleta por la ventana corrediza, haciendo que se escuche absolutamente todo lo de la otra habitación e incluso se alcanza a ver. El baño se comparte con otros huéspedes, solo hay 1, limpio. Se escucha TODO cuando hablan fuera de los cuartos, por lo cual yo me la mantenía susurrando para evitar la molestia que yo sentía al escuchar a medio mundo. Durante nuestra estancia se nos subió una araña, así que recomiendo fumigar. La cama es tolerable, de resortes, las almohadas estaban cómodas. La ubicación está "bien" aparentemente en área segura. No me volvería a quedar en ese lugar a menos que fuese por imprevisto o emergencia. Precio alto para lo que ofrece, conviene únicamente si acaso por...
