Casa Ana Ruth — Hotel in Nayarit

Well...the owners were very friendly and nice...However, there are some things which definitely need improvement. first of all, they only want to give you one towel a day, or sometimes for two days. Same goes for the toilet paper. Our room was pretty decent, except, the toilet leaked, our fridge was tiny, and we also had a gas leak which made us quite nervous especially since we had our pets with us, and sometimes needed to leave them in the apartment. Oh, and one night the water stopped working, so we couldn't use the bathroom, or take a shower, or eat for that matter. It took a while to resolve. We also had some tiny bugs running around the floor and the kitchen counters (which grossed me out, and also made me worried about leaving out the dog food and water for my dogs on the floor). Also, the cleaning ladies didn't clean the room every day, and we had to look for them almost every morning and ask them to do it.(which took up half the day).some of the kitchen utensils were old and didn't work either , like the can opener. We finally found out about the veranda upstairs (the picture you are looking at) with a great view..however, the couches, tables and everything there looked very old, dirty and un-kept, and not very pleasant to sit on...or use..I think that this hotel needs to have some more money invested into it, in order to fix, paint, modernize, and upgrade many things. Also, it would be helpful if the restaurant in the hotel accepted...

We have stayed 3 yrs now and booked for 2021. We stay 3 months. The only noisy time is during festival of boats Jan 14 for one week. Only 150 steps to the ocean. A small quaint hotel with many couples who return every year . The restaurant is well known for it’s delicious meals and...

Quedé enamorado del lugar te rentan por día, semana y mes es un lugar maravilloso por qué tiene a unos pasos una playa que no está rodeada de gente es algo más privado pero tienes todo a la mano además el dueño es una persona maravillosa muy atento y gentil entre más tiempo te quedas existe un descuento las habitaciones super cómodas tienen todo a la mano es como un departamento con todo incluido pero más pequeño y cómodo para estar tranquilo y todos son maravillosos, como la señora Martha la que hace limpieza muy honesta y honrada y don Luis de mantenimiento super honesto y honrados quedé encantado les recomiendo hospedarse aquí lo mejor que...
