Do not be fooled by the reviews of this tourist trap . Just ate here one hour ago and the food was horrible . Sat down and was served a nice sized basket of chips that were so thick and overcooked that they hurt your teeth . The two side salsas that accompanied them were hot and more hot so i wasnt a fan . Asked for some pico de gallo and was charged 60 pesos waiter never said a word . Went on to order the beef nachos which were smothered in thick cheese and the same stale tasting chips . The beans on the nachos had no seasoning and tasted rancid but the beef was cooked perfectly and was tasty . I ate the beef and left the rest . Ordered the “big scallops “ with butter and garlic and the scallops came out so small and with so much burnt garlic and oil i couldn’t eat them .My whole mouth reeked of garlic from eating one scallop . I told the waiter i couldn’t eat them and he didn’t say a word or offer me something else .The baked potatoe on my plate was green inside and had sour cream and bacon on it which i never asked for . Having only eaten one scallop he asked if i’d like to take it home which i declined so he took my plate away . $83 later and all i had to eat was some beef off the nachos . It was truly my WORST meal in Puerto Vallarta and what made it worse was my waiter who could clearly not have cared less ....
Read moreBeing unfamiliar to the area we ordered a cab to take us to a restaurant that we had found online which was on the beach because we wanted to see the sunset. During our drive and explaining that we were unfamiliar to the area but wanted a nice restaurant on the beach to view the sunset, he suggested we go here. I will tell you that we were beyond happy with his suggestion!! We managed to get a table on the beach with no obstructions which allowed for aamazing photos of the sunset. Not only was the service exceptional..provided by " Ceasar " but the food was absolutely delicious. My husband and I shared the tortilla soup, Ceasar Salad and the Beef and Shrimp Shish ka Bobs ..more than enough food for both of us..we even brought food home. While waiting for our bill our amazing waiter dropped off complimentary mini desert shots of Kahula and milk 😋 which was a lovely surprise. We will definitely be going back and definitely be recommending this restaurant to anyone we meet on our travels here. Thank you again for an amazing " affordable "experience !! People you need to go here and I promise you will not be...

Visit #1 August; Wow!!! Is all I can say about our experience here. Every-time we visit and are served by Alberto it gets better and better. The food is exceptional the drinks are perfection and the view and beach are simply spot on. Our absolute go-to in Bucerías, no question. Don’t even bother considering any other spot.
Visit #6 November; Well that was our experience until this past Monday. Whether it was an off day or not, the food and service was questionable (we weren’t served by our man Alberto 🤷♀️). Ordered a steak quesadilla and was served sloppy wet steak tacos with no queso insight. Assumed it was an order error to then be brought the exact same tacos with some queso sloppily added! I’ve had better tacos at TGI Fridays in the UK, let alone the fact that there was not a quesadilla in sight. Couldn’t eat much of it and the staff did not give a toss. Stick to seafood, ask for Alberto and avoid mondays is our...
