ibis Monterrey Valle — Hotel in Nuevo León

This is definitely not a good hotel, I stayed only one night and had these troubles: I found a hair in the bed from other guests / employees Door on the bathtub did not seal properly, therefore lots of water leaked out and I had to dry it every time I had a bath. Instead of putting normal soap they have liquid dispensers and quality of soap is terrible (even inside the bathtub). On the Lobby, floor was wet and I almost had an accident Breakfast had a terrible quality and taste.

I wrote to the management and they told me they were going to "consider" my opinions and let me know when those things have changed... They never wrote me back. I recommend much more staying at Novotel just next to this one or going to any...

Terrible hotel, everything is old and dilapidated. Pillows high and hard. One morning I used the iron and it was dirty from some weird marshmallow that stained my shirt, I asked for it to be fixed and they never did (until 3 days later). There was a foul smell in the bathroom. The maid stole 2 cotton swabs and 2 plastic floss sticks. At the reception, pure millenial, probably poorly paid, with no attitude of service. To make matters worse, when I left the hotel they did not want to issue me the invoice, now you have to do it yourself on your site. I will definitely not return to this ordinary hotel. I lead a team of 35 people and will recommend that no one stay...

Tienen problema de olores en las instalaciones sanitarias y se percibe el aroma amargo cada que se abre la puerta del baño y el baño no cierra.

Las habitaciones son cómodas, un poco frías y hay un sistema que advierte solo se hará limpieza cada 3 días durante tu estadía, aunque en mi caso hicieron limpieza a medias todos los días. (Tardaron un día en sacar mi bandeja de comida)

Aquí pagas antes de tu estadia, a diferencia de otros hoteles donde pagas al final, me tocó que me hicieran voucher abierto por la mitad de mi estancia y no me dejaron entrar a mi habitación "curiosamente se desactivó mi tarjeta de ingreso al terminar mi mitad retenida" lo que me parece no solo descortés sino poco práctico.

Las reservas no son seguras y ponen excusas para poder liberar disponibilidad si no haces check in y PAGO antes de las 3pm.

El desayuno curiosamente no está incluído en las tarifas, hay que asegurarse que esté incluído o pagar los 199 cada mañana y también avisarle al de cocina para que no te vean como ladrón tomando el desayuno 🙄.

Tienen un sistema de refill de agua para reducir el consumo de plástico. Pero nunca me dijeron dónde rellenar y tampoco lo hacen ellos. El agua tiene un ligero sabor peculiar pero nada grave.

Las instalaciones comunes (pasillos y elevador) están algo deterioradas, no son las mejores pues están mamchadas, demasiadas lonas pegadas por ahí que hacen ver cómo mercado el interior, el pasillo se percibe sucio pero de manchas ya impregnadas así que es meramente estético.

La planchaduria es compartida, hay una plancha por nivel y tienes que salir de tu habitación así que cuidado si no te gusta que te vean en pijama en el pasillo, eso es un poco incómodo.

No hay crema para el cuerpo en las utilerías, únicamente shampoo y jabón de manos.

No es el mejor, pero es práctico para los negocios.
