Hyatt House Monterrey Valle / San Pedro — Hotel in Nuevo León

I recently stayed at the Hyatt House Monterrey Valle / San Pedro Garza, Garcia, and, although my experience was overall positive, there were some negative items along the way. For being a new hotel, the refrigerator in my particular unit, was not working. I reported it several times to the front desk and was never told that it was broken, I was not offered the opportunity to be moved to a new room, or extended a credit for my inconvenience during my stay. As an extended stay type of hotel with such type of accommodations, it is important to have a functioning fridge, and sadly some of the food that I purchased went to waste. Aside from this, and a room service order that never got delivered, after an hour plus of waiting, I would say that the stay was overall nice. Stayed twice in this hotel already. Its fairly new and rooms designs have so many flaws. In order to lock the deadbolt , one has to lift the door and when u unlock it ,same issue. Heard other guests have same issues , based on what i heard during my stay .Bathroom sink drains extremely slow . Mugs for coffee are placed almost on the floor of one shelf. Chambermaid didnt replenish many items in our room. Furniture are cramped. They should have placed the office desk in a corner ,not at the foot of the bed.there is no space for somebody to pass by , if office chair is occupied.Worse Hyatt Place ever! Will not...

The hotel is beauty but the costumer service is terrible and they are liars. Our flight was canceled, but they charged us for the first day which is fine but our last day we had no AC and waited until 3 am for it to be fixed and nobody fixed it. We checked out at 5 and were told that someone would call about taking off the last day BEFORE finalizing our bill and nobody called.
