Chili´s Torres — Restaurant in Nuevo León

At first, the staff seemed friendly, but! They ended up giving me an idea of how deceptive this place is! I ordered something for dine in and another order for take away. They gave me something different than the one I ordered or at least not as described in the menu! I would have not complained if that was tasty! But actually it was the worst thing I ever tried in chili's in 3 different countries! I believe it was already rotten or something! I don't know but it was bad and I didn't even know until I opened the box because they already tighten the bag which gave me an impression that they did it on purpose to not notice that it's different than the one I ordered!

Now we go for payment! ... I gave the lady my credit card and she took it to make the payment, but another lady came with the card and the receipt asking for tips before doing the payment so she can do it once! There were no place to write the tips, however she insisted that I write it anywhere on the receipt ( I could have paid it cach after she is done with the card or give me a receipt that has a tip place one it!) That was really weird!!

Last but not least.... there is a 95% chance that they took a picture of my credit card because that was the only place I had visited and took the card out of my sight! And 2 weeks later when I was already back to the US, someone used my card in Mexico! If this is really what happened there, this place...

Five o’clock at the bar on a weekend should be poppin, but there was nobody working behind the bar and it took us 15 minutes to flag someone down to pay. Woulda bought a few more Margs if there was someone working. Can’t really rate the food since we only got an app, but the plates were not very clean, so 3 out of 5.

I love chilis, but this one ain’t it. Maybe I got them on a bad day, but very avoidable...

This is a very decent spot for evening meals with friends. I saw a few couples on dates here so I imagine it is a common option, but, honestly, I don't get romantic vibes from it.
