La Punta Rooms Hotel Boutique - Open — Hotel in Oaxaca

We stayed in the penthouse for 1 month. The location is wonderful, the penthouse is large and perfect for 2 people. The decor is classic Mexican design. The pool and common area is a great place to chill.

Pros 2 minute walk to the main strip and beach. Lovely cool water pool to take a refreshing dip. PH is very cool and comfortable with great fans. The owners Antonio and Vania are welcoming, kind and very responsive to questions or comments and were very helpful with recommendations for a motorbike rental and great places to eat. Great price for a long term stay and location. Can't beat it. *PH has a great balcony that is fully shaded until about 4pm. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities including a propane stove top, microwave, fridge and blender.

Cons There is a new club on the corner of the street that plays extremely loud music, with pumping bass until 1230 pm. If you are prepared for this and bring ear plugs you will be fine. They are closed...

Location is unbeatable. Service is great and the place is very cute. We stayed Aug 24'.

CONS: Loud music from the restaurant in the corner until 12:30pm. There are earplugs available at the PH. There was not hot water 4 of 5 days we stayed here. The PH is on the 3rd floor by stairs only We had flying bugs 24/7 bc of the type of roof (palapa) so if you are not friendly with that go somewhere else.

I know these issues are not mainly the hotels fault but it is not described anywhere :)...

Mon ami et moi sommes restés à Punta Rooms pendant 1 mois et nous n'aurions pas espéré mieux pour notre séjour à Puerto Escondido. Punta rooms est situé dans le meilleur quartier de Puerto Escondido (plages, surf, boutiques, restaurants). Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien aménagées, et les espaces communs sont très agréables (rooftop, piscine, salon extérieur, cuisine). Gisele et Pepe sont des hôtes incroyables, avec un sens de l'accueil et une gentillesse qui nous ont beaucoup touché. Milles mercis à eux, nous leur souhaitons le meilleur. Johana & Victor

Mi novio y yo nos quedamos en Punta Rooms durante 1 mes, y no hubiéramos podido esperar mejor lugar para nuestra estancia en Puerto Escondido. Punta Rooms es ubicado en el mejor lugar de Puerto Escondido : La Punta (playas, surf, tiendas, restaurantes...). Las habitaciones son muy amplias con todo lo necesario, y los espacios comunes son muy agradables (alberca, rooftop, cocina...). Gisele y Pepe son huéspedes increíbles. Tengo muchísimo cariño para ustedes y siempre quedarán en mi corazón. Les deseo lo mejor y espero verles pronto. Muchísimas gracias para todo...
