Casa Laní Luxury B&B — Hotel in San Miguel de Allende

I stayed at Casa Lani for 5 nights with a friend in early July. We had a marvelous vist at this beautiful and luxurious B&B. Our room was on the 2nd floor and contained two double beds along with a large bathroom, perfectly designed with the shower and toilet behind a door and the sink just outside the bathroom. The beds and pillows were so comfy as was the AC to ensure we got to sleep. ||But the best part was the wonderful service and support we got from the Casa Lani staff. They offered the best recommendations on tours, places to eat and shopping, made us a delicous and healthy breakfast with coffee every day and saw to our every need. ||The location of Casa Lani is perfect! By all accounts San Miguel de Allende is a magical town. For us, the highlight of our spring holiday there was Casa Lani, the superb B&B we stayed in for 12 nights in the heart of Centro Historico. The building is centered around a spacious, beautifully landscaped courtyard complete with its own flowering Jacaranda tree and large, elegant fountain. This tranquil space was where we enjoyed sumptuous breakfasts and delightful conversation with our warm and gracious hosts, Carlos and Aida. Our upstairs room overlooking the courtyard was bright, well-kept and opened out onto a furnished terrace with views of the famous Parrochia and surrounding hillsides. This was the second time we stayed at Casa Laní. We returned to SMA for its charm and to Casa Laní because we loved our first stay there. The rooms are big and inviting. Comfortable beds with luxury linens. Added special touches like coffee and water in the room make it for a lovely stay. It is a 5 minute walk to the main square. The breakfast again is filled with special touches, and very nicely prepared. We highly recommend this place if you want to enjoy your time in San Miguel de Allende.
