Top notch service. We visited thanks to a couple's suggestion we had met while in SMA and boy did it exceed our expectations. The hotel and restaurant are both meticulously well appointed. The view was outstanding. The food was spectacular, what stood out though was the service! We were staying at one of the cities most luxurious hotels and it didn't hold a candle to this restaurant. After eating dinners all week in SMA this was by far the best meal we had, no competition. I would even go as far as to say this restaurant provided the best meal and restaurant experience we have Ever had. Each dish was so incredibly lovely. We started with the catch of the day ceviche as well as the cauliflower, then followed it with the octopus and catch of the day main course. To complete the night the owner had gifted us a complementary flan dessert. AMAZING! Once done, the restaurant partner brought us to meet the owner of the hotel and he personally showed us the rooms and asked how our restaurant experience was. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are Lovely & VERY accommodating. They have great wifi and it’s pretty centrally located. Those are the pros. The cons: it’s on a giant hill of cobblestone and very challenging to leave/return. It’s at least a 10m walk to ANY food. The shower has very little pressure and it takes ~ 10 min to get hot. Por 2 noches pague 6mil y la verdad no lo valen en lo absoluto, quisiera un reembolso, por menos se podría encontrar hoteles o Airbnbs mejores.||En la primera noche nuestro cuarto tenia un olor horrible a caño abajo del lavabo y a la mañana siguiente me di cuenta que las cortinas no servían de nada en lo absoluto, la luz del sol entraba y nos despertaba, el hotel no hizo nada al respecto, ya había sido complicado descansar y aun así fue peor porque en e ambas noches el Rooftop Nüuk tuvo música hasta altas horas y al reportarlo con el hotel tardaron mas de 1hr en que le bajaran a la música sin embargo el relajo seguía, las puertas de madera son viejas al igual que las cerraduras, tengan cuidado porque se pueden astillar o lastimar con los clavos salidos, la presión de la regadera era baja y tarda mucho en calentar, al prender la luz del W.C. Se prende la luz de la regadera e incomoda en la noche por completo, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y no se solucionó, hacia calor en la habitación, sin duda no vuelvo a venir a un lugar asi donde realmente no hay servicio, ni descanso.||No vengan y no desperdicien su dinero en este hotel, no...
