Rocky Point Rentals — Hotel in Sonora

It's hard to say enough good things about both the house and Rob, the host. I stayed in the home for a long weekend in February and everything was exactly as described in the listing, the house was immaculately clean, and we had everything that we could possibly need available, and easy to find. Rob went as far as getting fresh flowers delivered to the house prior to our arrival and then even gave me the opportunity to take the credit w/ my fiancé! He checked in with us multiple times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and was incredibly responsive when we did. I had some special needs because of the size of my vehicle, and Rob worked with me to find a solution. I never felt like my questions or concerns were an inconvenience, as it typically does with rental property companies. The area was safe and quiet, and the home itself was very secure with large locking steal gates/doors etc.

I don't often write reviews, but I felt compelled enough to do so this time. If I could give Rocky Point Rentals 6 stars I would, and I'll be sending every friend/family member to them with every opportunity that presents itself. This company was wonderful! We've rented down in Rocky Point several times, and this company is by far the best we've used in the last few years. When one of the resorts needed to do some maintenance during our stay, they upgraded us into a nicer unit during that time. They work directly with many different places, and there's no Airbnb fees, etc. One thing we've noticed in the past with other realtors & vacation companies was the unreliability down in MX versus in the USA, but this company was top notch, reliable, and reasonable which was the combination we were looking for! If I could give 10 stars I would. Hands down one of the best owner direct experiences. My family and I enjoyed our trip and we received excellent hospitality. Our host Rob was super friendly and highly communicative. He made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond to any questions. We had an issue with the original unit we rented and they did not hesitate to make it better!! They moved us over to a luxury upgraded condo at a better property without extra charge.
