Our room was cleaned very poorly. In the evening we discovered blood stains and hair on our bed linen. We concluded from the stains and creases on the pillowcases that our sheets had not been changed at all after previous guests. Disgusting. First request for a change of sheets, waiting half an hour for someone to come. Second request at the reception and the not very happy gentleman came with fresh sheets. However, I think he thought we were exaggerating, but when I showed him the stains on the bedding, he suddenly started being nice and thanking me. The hotel only gives the impression of being elegant and renovated. In fact this this facility is old and dilapidated. The corridors are dark and terrifying, the rooms are not soundproofed - you can hear everyone and everything from the corridor. One morning, while going for breakfast, we even heard a couple having loud sex. Terrible experience. We felt like we were in a brothel there. The service was very average, we didn't like the atmosphere at breakfast - we felt like intruders. In addition, the falsely nice waiter watched our every move and talked to us while we wanted to eat breakfast in peace. In addition, he offered my fiancé some attractions, trips and massages... Crazy. The breakfast was very poor, the only thing I wasn't afraid to eat were pancakes and some traditional pancakes fried by the cook in front of the guests. In the hotel, there is a bar/cafe at the reception, which is accessible to people from outside who smoke cigarettes inside the building. The bathroom in the room is old and needs renovation, very low quality of towels... There was an unpleasant smell in our room and in the bathroom. The internet connection was like joke to me. Actually does not exist. Very noisy every evening because there is a nightclub right next to the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel. It's better to pay more and go to a better hotel than to stay in this one.

just a break away from the snow , ended up staying another week , price was the main factor, this hotel was affordable yet comfortable for a base ! the staff are all very helpful and friendly and do a very good job to make your stay as comfortable as possible well done ! the hotel itself is i believe under new management and work is being done to try and improve things , i wish them all the best in this venture . I was there not in peak season , so things may be different when busier , i think the hardest thing for the hotel will be the noise levels from the rear that overlooks the sea and also millionaire club which at 04.30 onwards can be loud due to taxi and traffic loving there car horns ! the doors on the rooms need a soft close fitted as occasionally it sounded like lock up time at a prison . i’m very susceptible to noise so others may not find this an issue . my stay was enjoyable and any issues were always resolved as best as possible, you have to always take into account the price you pay and value for money . food , breakfast could do with omelettes , but all in all it was ok for my tastes . main meals i had 3 always very good the chef certainly has a talent and price was acceptable. thanks to all at the hotel , i think you will make any alterations and do well .

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and usually had a good experience, but this recent visit was a major letdown. I was given two dirty rooms in a row, which is unacceptable for a place of this supposed standard. When I went back to concierge the second time and calmly mentioned the room wasn’t clean, I was met with attitude and disbelief—he flat-out dismissed me without even checking, insisting it couldn’t be dirty. Only after I showed him clear evidence did he start to take it seriously. On top of that, I paid extra for an executive room with a pool view and was given rooms with no view at all. Third time lucky, the room was finally clean—but by that point, the damage was done. To make matters worse, he then tried to lecture me about check-in closing times and hinted the booking could have been cancelled, even though I’d already paid in full. When I explained that payment secures the room regardless of arrival time, he misunderstood and was ready to cancel it altogether. All in all, a shocking level of customer service for a regular guest. Definitely reconsidering future stays.

Staff friendly on arrival at the hotel.

My initial first impressions were really bad because we were given a room beside the nightclub thought I requested to not to have one there and we were beside awful guests. Main door is not safe, one kick and it's open. Noisy at night, nightclub banging for hours and hotel guests running, shouting in the corridors, slamming doors! Nobody stopped it. No security. Make sure you get a room poolside if you don't want one near nightclub!

Did not feel secure here at all on our first night. Back gate of hotel is padlocked.

Pool looks okay, I didn't go in. lit up at night. There Is also a pool bar and snacks, pizza available.

Bar for drinks, okay prices, no table service. No entertainment. Breakfast - buffet style. The eggs are disgusting, they are mixed with something else. I had pastries and cereal which is safer. There was chicken/peppers and salad at breakfast?

I did complain about the guests and nightclub and they changed our room without fuss.

We got a better room 5th floor with pool view. We were much happier after that. The WiFi worked well too but sometimes went off. But it does work in reception. This hotel may have been a really nice place in its time but the details are lacking. But the price is cheap and its in a decent location. Lots of road works going on around Agadir. You need to explore to find nice spots. All in all, the first night was a disaster but the staff were accommodating which we appreciated. Bed wasn't that comfy but sheets clean. Pillows too thick for me. Fridge in room which is very handy! Hairdryer. Cleaners will clean daily and are always smiling. Lifts to each floor work well. Excursions available downstairs. This hotel is a good budget place and I think it's best to try and rise above the details because you get what you pay for and this hotel provides the necessities that you need whilst being close to the centre and a short walk to beach and bars etc. Some of the reviews here are excessive and negative and it's not that bad. It's not a 4 star...

Imagine how shocked I was when I saw that was a 4 star hotel. The balcony door doesn't close properly so we could hear all night long party/bar/night club sound.

Changed room from a queen size with a sofa bed to 3 single triple beds. So much so for cuddling up with hubby...

After a 3rd room change, as the 2nd one had blood near toilet light, broken/peeling/leaning table and was smaller with noise being heard from other people on same floor, 3rd room still had a difficult balcony door to be closed. Need the handyman to come in close it every other day.

3rd room was also still 3 single beds.

Music at poolside playing at nearly half morning up to evening. Forget about having an afternoon nap if you had a busy morning going around. Plus banging doors in morning. Haven't determined where that was coming from.

AC needs to be activated from outside the room by some magical remote. The one in the room is useless. After a little while the AC will turn off by itself without the possibility to turn it on again.

The toilet was moving and not properly fixed.

There was a bar fridge that was barely cold but we were told that's how a bar fridge is supposed to be.

The WiFi is weak. So using it to check emails or simply Googling directions or restaurants can be unreliable.

The pool looks green even though people seem to be cleaning it each morning, there's obviously something missing in attending to it.

If you are a night owl that barely needs sleep, don't mind constant noise, annoying music when you want calm and quiet, and want a convenient location not far from beach, then it's a good choice.

Else I'm sure there's better out there in term of comfort and noise proof rooms for restful nights for a better price as well.

Read reviews before you end up finding by yourself how the rooms and environment are, as you won't be able to get your reservation cancelled and refunded.

Wouldn't...
