The only good thing about the hotel is the location since it is accessible to the tourist spots and tram. The room we got is not cleaned properly. The toilet with visible dirty shoe prints. There are hairs on the bed. No guide on how to call the reception. When we asked to change the room since we will be staying 2 nights they said it's not possible. In the afternoon we were bothered by a loud noise from a machine and it only stopped when we complained. During breakfast the dining area was full so we waited for an hour to have a table. Upon checking the buffet, the food is almost empty. There are no available cutleries to be used too. Reception and breakfast area looks very good, service is good especially from the absolutely lovely lady who gave us Tea and Biscuits at reception when we checked-in (she also works in the breakfast area). Unfortunately the room did let us down after seeing an amazing reception area. Rooms are on the smaller side compared to our hotel in Casablanca and Marrakech and the bathroom was stocked with 1 roll of toilet paper whereas the other hotels had a minimum of at least 3 rolls each day (we were a group travelling) with no other tissues in the room itself so it felt like we were rationing...
