My stay at Riad Sidi Fatah in Rabat was truly exceptional, and I am compelled to share my experience, especially highlighting the incredible kindness and service of Loubna and the nightshift staff (I didn't get his name but he works nightshift). From the moment we arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Loubna and her team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. What truly touched my heart was an incident involving an injured kitten that seemed to be about one month old. The poor kitten had fallen from the roof, and both Loubna and the nightshift staff offered assistance when we discovered the kitten and asked for help. They searched for a nearby vet and took great care in feeding and nurturing the tiny kitten. Witnessing their compassion and concern for the helpless animal was a testament to their wonderful character. You can truly tell a lot about a person by how they treat animals, and their actions speak volumes. The riad itself is beautiful. Our room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast each morning was delightful. The location of Riad is perfect for exploring Rabat, situated in a quiet street in the medina. We felt safe and comfortable walking around, even late at night. Overall, our stay was unforgettable. I highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Rabat. The exceptional service, coupled with the genuine kindness of Loubna made my stay truly special. I will definitely be returning on...
Read moreRiad Sidi Fatah is one of the first raids you come across in the Rabat Edina. If you need to find it, flow the Main Street (Sid Fatah) down to the right turn option that has ‘Restaurant’ with a right arrow painted on it. They have a large wooden treatment on the door, and an intercom button to push. Which mainly works..|The place has charm, the beds (we had 2 different rooms over 2 short stays of 2 nights each) comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are tiny, and the shower sprays everywhere so make sure you do not leave your towels nearby. The silicone around our sink appeared to have been put on with a shovel, it was messy and peeling.|We visited the terrace one time, it was okay but we mainly spent our time out of the Medina walking or visiting places. |The lighting is ABYSMAL. The owners, who live in France, have heard about this but must be keen not to improve their rating. Just simply putting in warm lighting that has more than 2 footcandles would launch this riad into a 4 star rating. The switches are awkward, none at the bedroom door, several non functioning. The internet is sometimes dodgy.|The staff are great and accommodating. Walid is especially helpful and knowledgeable. But the lighting...
Read moreI stayed at this beautiful Riad with my family (we had 2 babies with us) and all I can say is that we had the most loveliest stay here! It's a well kept, clean and cosy place to stay whilst in Rabat. The staff were super friendly and kind! The ladies there loved our babies and always greeted us all lovingly. They made us feel very comfortable and welcome during our stay. The breakfast was delicious and always available despite sometimes waking up quite late, the staff would always prepare it when we were ready for it. Our rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. The Riad itself is very authentic and traditional in style and decor, which made it even more homely. There is a nice roof terrace on the top floor which is relaxing to sit on especially at night. It is a small Riad with about 7 rooms in total, great for families. We were very close to the markets and in good locality to get to popular tourist spots like the Hassan Tower and Kasbah De Oudayes. I'd highly recommend staying here for sure. Thanks to Lubna (I hope I spelled her name right!) And a huge thanks to all the staff that work there 👏 would love to...
