Stellar food experience. If you are reading this and looking for food, and it is a Friday, you can end your search as the couscous at Chez Hajja is amazing. The spices and the flavours were absolute perfection. The carrots were firm yet tender and not mushy. Super sweet carrots and caramelized onions, but were balanced with the savouriness of the chicken and other vegetables. The wife and I ended up coming back the next day for the chicken tajine and the hargma (chickpeas with goat trotter). Both were well made and again so full of flavour. I wish that every meal in Morroco could be as good as the one we enjoyed at Chez Hajja. You will not be disappointed giving them a try. I don't like to go to the same restaurant twice, but went here twice as an exception. We had white beans, lentils and 2 tagines the first time which were excellent. We found out they do a special of Couscous on a Friday, along with a side dish of chick peas and lamb trotters. Sublime. The lady who serves guests is very rude, and always brings you completely different food than what you ordered.
The food is very cheap, they serve simple homemade food, and very poor locals eat here. Keep this in mind...
