Panorama Hotel — Hotel in Yangon

What I like about this hotel is the location. Everything is walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, Sule and Junction Mall.|The staff are very helpful and accommodating and they speak English very well.|We were in room 802 and it faced the main road so we could hear the traffic noise at night and early morning. We asked them if we could moved to another room, which they were very obliging. They showed us 2 rooms one with twin beds which you couldn’t put the beds together, and the other is a smokers room which we chose because it had a double bed. My husband and i have been married for a long time and we do not like to sleep in separate beds. Of course room 511 smelt of smoke, but we’d rather put up with the smell rather than the noise. They did try and make the room smell nice. We also bought a diffuser to masked the bad odour.|Breakfast was ok. Wifi connection is super slow. I complained about it. As I am local client coz I quarantined here for 14days as I came back from another country. One of the reasons we chose Hotel quratine is to get a good wifi connection. But they failed to give this service. They treated differently between local and foreigner clients. And they also said why didn't I complaint early. I think this is not the right thing to treat to their customers. The service they give isn't not good and not satisfied by customers, the customers can complain anytime. Their way of communication is kind of blaming me that I didn't complaint early. Bad service ever. And they said the IT technician could not dear to come to hotel as the hotel keeps the people under quarantined state. That is not the right excuse for their service. Located in downtown area of Yangon the Panorama has more than 300 rooms .You can get the no smoking area rooms on request .The location is very favourable for all specially those related to business or other types of work .The market area is very close by .The deluxe room is of good size with attached shower area.They also provide a small refrigerator with goodies that are chargeable.
