I went to Heranya Yala on 21st March since it was in patan, me and my fiance was planning to visit patan Durbansquare. We booked the place coz it was next to patan durbansquare however after reaching Heranya Yala it was nothing but disappointment.||Room that was provided to us had no television, water was basically tap water coz i can see it wasn’t sealed too, air-con wasn’t working had to call their team for help ..their kettle was dusty and also basket of coffee/tea … worst part was that reception was unattended and could hear phone ringing till in our room & could hear the footstep of people walking up & down .. at that point we were abit annoyed already so decided to check out and then when we went to reception desk to checkout there was no one … i had to call the guy (their team) to inf that we are leaving since we make the payment when we check in . …i really hope you guys will improve infuture & take it as...

Read moreWe stayed for just two nights in Patan, with our first morning being greeted by the lovely hotel owner for a complimentary two hour walking tour! He showed us all the secret peaceful community spaces, shrines, temples and houses and also gave us a good detailed history of the town and Nepali culture. He was extremely hospitable and so friendly. The food was also so good! (We tried breakfast and lunch during our stay)- especially if you like a lighter meal. All staff were accomodating and hospitable and cleaned our room/ topped up water/toiletries/refreshments even without having to request. They also took card payments which was super helpful when travelling on a budget! ||||Would definitely recommend this beautiful interiors and boutique...
