I recently visited Bhatti Jam in Patan, hoping to enjoy some authentic Newari cuisine, but my experience was very disappointing. When I ordered Khuwa Yamori, I was instead served Chaku Yomari, which was not what I wanted. The staff did not seem attentive to my order. The restaurant itself was messy, with leftovers and dishes scattered all over the place, making the environment feel unhygienic and chaotic. I also ordered another dish, but after waiting for half an hour, I was told that the kitchen was closed and my order would not be served. This lack of communication and poor service was frustrating. Very friendly owners and cooperative staff.All the items on the menu were priced affordably.
