Bhatti Jaam — Restaurant in Lalitpur Metropolitan City

I recently visited Bhatti Jam in Patan, hoping to enjoy some authentic Newari cuisine, but my experience was very disappointing. When I ordered Khuwa Yamori, I was instead served Chaku Yomari, which was not what I wanted. The staff did not seem attentive to my order. The restaurant itself was messy, with leftovers and dishes scattered all over the place, making the environment feel unhygienic and chaotic. I also ordered another dish, but after waiting for half an hour, I was told that the kitchen was closed and my order would not be served. This lack of communication and poor service was frustrating. The majority of newari dishes, including wo, keema anda, alu tama, choila, bhutan, nhe-pu, swapu micha, jibro, and swo, tasted great. Service and friendliness were both excellent. Owners who are very cordial and helpful employees.The prices of every item on the menu were reasonable. Although part of the food was extremely salty—possibly because we arrived very late and the spices had concentrated—the owners apologized, which was a nice gesture. Most of the newari foods- wo , keema anda , alu tama ,choila , bhutan, nhe-pu, swapu micha, jibro , swo tasted on point. The service and hospitality was 10/10. Very friendly owners and cooperative staff.All the items on the menu were priced affordably. However, some items were too salty which might be because we visited the place pretty late and the spices got concentrated but the owners apologized for this which was a great gesture.
