So, as per you, your restaurant is a family restaurant and you provided us a good service? Did we ask for the giant room? It was your worker who showed us way. You could have already told us it's not for the couples. And the way of sending us off was the correct way? Your workers without fully entering the room was talking from the outside saying the room is already booked when it was your another worker who showed us the way and you're sayi g it was becuase we were couple? We weren't sitting there for free. Even if it was booked, there's a way of saying. You could have shifted us to another place but no, without an alternative room, your worker said we have to go. We just entered your restaurant, your worker showed the us the room, we stayed. That's all. And in hospitality business, I guess manners and politeness is indeed. I would rate you lower than zero. And the audacity of yelling out your good service my foot. It was disrespectful. What if it was our first meet? What if we were celebrating a good moment? Is this your good service? I cleary said, your worker showed us the room. We didn't ask for it and you could have said us it's not for the couple. There are several restaurants in the town but as per my experience, yours is the worst and your management needs to work on that. Learn how to run a hospitality business. Have some manners, have some class. That was classless behaviour. We went there for authentic Chinese experience.... We were offered outdoor seating as we were planning to have hotpot we choose to have stove table. The overall experience was good but the seats were very very uncomfortable... metallic framed benches with cushions. That needs major improvements. The food was OK, we tried the bar b que sticks which were not as expected as the meat was dry and the potatoes were very thin.. The over all hotpot experience was food with varieties of meat and veggies were poured into two halves of hotpot pan...spicy and non spicy. The fresh lime sodas could also he improved as it was bland in taste. There are many more restaurants with better options but if you live in lalitpur area not a bad...
