One thing that really stands out at this place is the warm, friendly and helpful nature of the staff. I was traveling with a cranky three year old that had been flying all morning and the staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and that my daughter and I were happy. Monica was especially helpful. Don’t let the outdoor appearance fool you. Once you step inside your room it’s wonderful, spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are huge. The bed is comfortable. Thirdly the shower tiles were ingrained with orange bacteria. The young lady in the reception was very helpful and we felt so sorry for her. We declined her offer of another room and asked for our money back. We certainly would not recommend this...
