We had a fantastic 4 nights staying at Panorama Terrace Apartments. The view was amazing, looking across the lake towards the Remarkables and numerous peaks.|The apartment was clean, warm, comfortable, spacious and furnished in soft, plush dining chairs, sofa, and cosy armchairs. The beds were king-size with crisp linen; towels were fluffy. The heated bathroom floor was a bonus. The large patio/balcony was furnished with padded outdoor chairs and a coffee table. We enjoyed the apartment so much that we found it hard to tear ourselves away. We had fine weather every day and were able to watch from our room the changing colours of the sun reflected on the mountains. When we did eventually leave, we could be amongst the bars, cafes, and other entertainment Queenstown has to offer either by walking the 10 minutes or so, or by catching the bus just at the bottom of the street. The kitchen was fully equipped with all you need to cook a meal, which we did, and it was gratifying to have well-sharpened cook's knives as well as all necessary pots and pans.|The Manager Luke, was easy to contact, friendly and professional, responsive and helpful.|The management photos accurately depict...
Read moreRecently stayed here had numerous issues with the room plus reception department. Location was not as close to town as they originally said. Our toilet was constantly leaking water all night. Main window didnât have a curtain to block out street lights at night. Only 1 key card worked from day 1 . Room had limited items, the âdouble bedâ was only 2 singles pushed together , they donât have a proper reception front desk area or phone in the room so to pay our bill we had to walk to another hotel 10 mins down the road where the âreception areaâ was actually . I emailed weeks before to ask for early check in and never helped with this issue , for the people who actually got a âview roomâ only saw a construction site at the front. If anyone is looking to find somewhere to stay in Queenstown I do not recommend this place, as our first time visiting here I definitely regret staying here and was told wrong information when booking and it would of been better to pay and extra $100 a night to stay closer and well managed and...

I stayed in a room here this Spring and was expected to take the trash out and start the dishwasher upon completion of my stay. When paying over $4,000 for a room and staying in a property of this calibre, it is expected that this would be done by the housekeeper. I did these chores however it left a bad taste in my mouth when I was charged approximately $150 more than the agreed amount due to âcredit card feesâ that were not outlined in the original agreed quote. It was also quite easy to run out of hot water multiple times. The dishwasher did not seal properly, the washing machine and dryer were also quite rusty.
It is worth it to stay here, just measure your expectations on arrival.
EDIT: Yes, I did stay in Element Escapes Kent St. It was booked under my...
