Luxury Lake Suites — Hotel in South Island

Not a great place. Theres no reception which in some cases good. But here you have no idea your in the right spot. Because no ones there to greet you or show you to your room etc. Wouldnt recomend it to be quite honest. Also when my partner and I were down there our room was together with another family but seperated by a locked door...??? which wouldve been fine but our neighbors kept trying to open it. It was agitating. No air con provided besides a fan which seems silly in queenstown but the rooms are so small the heat up very quick. Barely any thing available on the television. If you just want to drop your bags off to a room then go explore the beautiful Queenstown this is the place for you. But other than that.......

Place is nice, but the service at the reception is slow and not helpful. It gives you the vibes that you should alrdy know before you come to us. They’ll just point everything to brochures or the printed papers they have provided you with. I don’t understand why their accommodation and reception is at two different location.
