Our family had an amazing staycation at Maxim Hotel for my son’s birthday and Mother’s Day weekend! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding! Special thanks to Arden and Jamie for their warm hospitality and seamless assistance. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.||The hotel itself was a peaceful retreat, a refreshing change from the usual noisy CBD accommodations. Our son absolutely loved the Salt & Steam Spa and Indoor Pool, while my wife enjoyed a deeply relaxing spa treatment. The convenience of having Sum Made Restaurant nearby was a highlight. Their Yum Char is arguably the best in Auckland!||Location-wise, Maxim Hotel is perfectly situated right next to Westfield Mall and North Harbour Stadium, making everything easily accessible. Stayed here a few days. Close to motorway . Room was brand new but a few things were amiss. You couldn't open the dishwasher door (only half way) as the kitchen cupboard was in the way. The bathroom had holders for toothbrush and toothpaste for multiple people (there were 3 of us in a 2 bedroom room) but no tissues. The microwave was stored in a cupboard high up. Not all drawers in the fridge could be opened as the door didn't open enough as up againt the wall. Because it was new there was no bar/breakfast area yet or sauna. I originally planned to stay for just one night since the hotel was newly opened and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, I was so impressed that I extended my stay to three nights! It truly made my trip to Auckland unforgettable.From the excellent facilities to the exceptional staff, everything exceeded my expectations.
